They say they are renovating… no pool which was fine for us but then to be told no TV or internet but still expect a $100 deposit for damages is crazy. The room was very dirty… holes in the wall mounted tv just sitting there no pillow cases blood on the bathroom wall and 3 lamps but only 1 had a lightbulb We checked out shortly after checking in

This property should not be renting out rooms and is not up to a Wyndham franchise standard. The hall ways were dirty, the pool is under construction, there were no pillowcases on some of the pillows, the microwave, air regulation, ice machines were not functional, there were discarded things in the hallways including a propane tank, no breakfast was served and there was no wifi

When I arrived to check in I was told (very rudely) by a nasty person at the desk that the establishment was closed for renovations and informed me that I was just out of luck and needed to find alternate accommodations somewhere else.

They were out of towels, we had to ask for toilet paper. Key cards didn’t work for outside doors. The back door was propped open for this reason. No Continental breakfast as advertised. Pool was out of service. Carpets need to be shampooed. I would not stay here again, and probably not at another days inn either because I would be nervous about the same experience.

Most disappointing hotel stay I’ve ever had. Staff was beyond rude, room wasn’t ready, room number was loudly announced when it was ready. There was no breakfast. The room had no trash cans or towels. When I went to the desk to ask for towels, I was very rudely told “No towels!” The door didn’t lock properly, if at all. When I asked for a refund, I was ghosted. Do not stay here.

MISERABLE EXPERIENCE AT THE PROPERTY
The property is poorly maintained. Ambience is poor. No cleanliness. The property has bugs, so be aware. I was first given a room which had no curtains, pillows, bedsheets, and tv. I later found out in the middle of the night that there are bugs in that room. Miserable experience. Not a worthy place to stay. I will never book a stay even if offered for free.

This hotel should just open up as a shelter. There were people loitering in the front of the hotel smoking cigarettes and the parking lot was dirty and full of potholes. The hallway smelled like urine and mildew The since in my room had a slow drain as well as the tub. I WILL NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN

Felt like any and everyone was at this hotel. Extremely dirty, no towels or bar soap in the rooms. Plastic bag covering the smoke detectors. Smelt strongly of smoke. Wires coming out of outlets and extremely loud. Side doors all propped open to allow anyone to come inside. Extremely unsafe !

We checked in only to find. Had to wait for counter staff to finish her cigarette. Parking lot was not plowed. Our bathroom ceiling appeared to have feces on it. Our bed looked like someone had just slept in it and pulled the sheets up. Hallway smelled of various foods being cooked. We did NOT stay. Cut our losses and found another hotel. I have never been so disappointed.

Horrible Hotel
I used my free stay at this property and am highly disappointed that it is even listed on Hotels.com. The pictures and info are not true to the property. Everything was out of order - pool - breakfast - tv - microwave - fridge. Stained sheets, no pillowcases, very dirty towel and washcloth, empty/used cream, shampoo etc. The room was dirty - food bits and wrappers, no trash bag, and the door barely locked. The photos and info are misleading. The property is in very poor condition and rooms without heat. I would appreciate being able to reuse my free stay, this property was maybe worth about $40 at most! They were charging around $90. It was fortunately quiet.

The hotel was very dirty. Thermostat did not work in the room. Hasn't been updated in many years. It smelled bad and like stale smoke.. Side doors didn't work and front desk said that they have to not let people use them for safety purposes. Sign at the front desk says must show ID after 10pm due to safety reasons. Was scary. Do not recommend.

Pictures lie. The pool & water slide are not open. My room (king suite) had no chain on the door, no mirror in the entire room, the switch plate on the door wasn’t screwed in tights so you had to slam the door to shut it and no towel bar. I went to the front desk to ask for a mirror and the day manager was extremely rude. Eventually she said one would be put in but as I returned later that night there never was. The staff was incredibly rude and preferred long talks with other lodgers. I don’t feel very safe staying there when the clerks would rather talk to other lodgers about their alcoholism than complete Check in.

Property is very run down, we stayed here because of the pool/waterslide for my 8 year old, this area is supposedly being remodeled but that wasn't disclosed when I booked. The breakfast was terrible. It looks like this place is preparing to close as I don't think they are actually remodeling the pool area, and everything is void of basic maintenance

Our toilet kept overflowing everytime we flushed, we never had any heat, and the wifi was so awful we had to use our personal hotspot to wat h tv. The pool is always clised, and still no breakfast ofcourse.

The double bed (2x) room we stayed in was $72 (~$80 after tax) so we got what we paid for. Hotel is in rough shape. Staff are nice, but rough and a little less than professional. Thought there was going to be some sort of breakfast, but no. There was coffee and it was surprisingly good.

Not so good. Smelled bad, old furniture in the hall way, windows rattled whenever a car went by, people smoking everywhere, especially in front of the doors. Had to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke to enter the front door. Employees friendly, but check-in was time consuming, due to poor computer system.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. This place catfished us! No pool, no breakfast. Filthy rooms, dirty towels, back door doesn’t even lock. It’s not secure and not safe. Staff was friendly but this place is unacceptable!

This hotel was absolutely atrocious. Looks nothing like the photos that are presented online. Our room was filthy, the shower you can tell was not cleaned. We didn't have towels in our room, we didn't have toilet paper in our room. The manager was not kind at all. Had an attitude the entire time. We ended up only staying one night and booked a different hotel because this one was got awful. The beds were so uncomfortable that I woke up with my back and neck hurting. Do not stay at this hotel. Drug addicts linger outside.
