Its just a peaceful safe place to stay.Staff are friendly,close to the beach and many good food places and reasonably priced.Definitely will recommend to family and friends.Rooftop pool is a big plus.

I chose this property because of the shuttle to and from the airport. I tried to contact the property before. I arrived in the country and when I arrive in country. The went to voicemail and I even having to pay to come to the property. That only problem other than that the staff was great

The hotel room that we stayed was very clean and big for 2 and it was on high floor with seaview. Hotel staff were also very friendly. The beach is nearby the hotel with a walkable distance of about 5minutes and there are lots of eateries available. Nice environment away from city. No regrets for a staycation in the hotel.

Hotel is older. Smells musty in the hallway. Room was fine but very awkward bathtub shower. Staff friendly. We were off a cruise ship and wanted to check in 2 hours early. They charged us $119. And put us in a room that was ready.

Was fabulous. Large room, tasteful decor. Could not fault it shuttle bus to airport. Brilliant all round. Lovely , helpful staff. Would def stay again.

Many parts of property public spaces needed cleaning. Exterior of the building and hallways needed painting. Room was clean, but also a lot elements in need of repair. Expedia pictures make property look a lot nicer than it is.

This is not 4 star hotel. 3 star at best. The building seems unmaintained. Ot is located more than 30 mins to common attractions and can be difficult to get a Grab to and from. The highlight is the staff. Kind and helpful

This hotel is dated. It is a nice place that needs some TLC. The transportation system is a problem. It’s not close to anything. If you had a shuttle that took you to the metro system it would help

We chose the hotel for the shuttle and when we arrived due to a late plane problem, there was no longer a shuttle available and we had to pay $60 to come. Shuttles run about every hour and nothing between noon and 5.

The property was clean and well maintained. The area around it was walkable and I especially enjoyed the short walk to the beach. There were many eateries to choose from. Was not happy with the hotel shuttle service. There is no shuttle service available from noon to 5:50 so if your flight comes in during this period, you have to take a cab or sit around and wait. The hotel isn't close to the airport.

Stayed 4 nights here. Hotel is very clean and customer service is excellent. However, keep in mind, if you want to get to the central downtown area like garden by the Bay Area, it’s a far drive. There aren’t much to do within walking distance beside many food choices. Pulau Ubin island would be your only bet if you like hiking and biking. Other than that, the beach walk was really boring and saw loads of trash. Heard they are still trying to clean it up. Overall, hotel is great. Just wish the breakfast would not cost $20 but doesn’t have that much choice.

Many Changes
Since Covid, it seemed that the hotel lost some of its charm. The good: room was clean, fitness room was well equipped including steam sauna (although there was only one changing area with no privacy or bench to take off/put on shoes) and staff were very good. The bad: room was a stark solid white with no decorations and no usb ports, no bottled water provided, airport shuttle schedule is very limited, welcome mocktail is uninspiring and small.

As soon as we stepped off the elevator to head to our room, I was greeted with a dingy smell… like wet carpet that has been sitting around. Our bath tub had mold in the bathroom and the room in general smelled moldy. Our fridge didn’t even work. We left well ahead of checkout to go to SIN.

I booked that hotel to be close to airport in Singapore as we had a flight 9:30am the next morning. But the drive from airport to hotel is actually quite far (~25$ by taxi). The airport shuttle service the hotel offers does not start before 8am so it was not helpful. Although the hotel is sort of fancy and stylish and has a good roof top swimming pool, I would not recommend it. Also in the middle of the night we staid there, there were lots false fire alarm caused by some hefty rain on the hotel roof top. I asked for some compensation next morning but did not get any. I think the hotel could at least have offered a free ride to airport. There are excellent food courts close to hotel, the restaurant in the hotel is quite expensive

Stayed here for 6 days and 5 nights. The locale is wonderful and within walking distance to the beach and hawker village. The facility itself was okay as well as the service - they have two pools and their gym is well equipped. It’s also close to two bus stops. Cons - Their shuttle service to the airport has set hours and they won’t send another shuttle if you’re too early or land too late. My plane was delayed for arrival, and I booked this hotel based on having shuttle service. My room had chipped paint in the bathroom, and one of the outlets was loose near the desk. The service left something to be desired for me. I asked for a spoon, and I was told they could not give me a spoon because the restaurant was closed and they didn’t have plastic. My last night at the hotel, my key cards were deactivated, and I was not told why. They had to reverify my identity to reactivate the cards, and this was after a staff member rudely put her hand up to tell me she was not serving guests while at her desk. Overall - the locale is good, but if you’re looking for excellent service and facilities, there are probably other options.
