I was next to the elevator. I asked to move. They said no. I had industrial machinery banging on the other side of the wall. There was someone else's hair on my blanked. I came into my room. The air conditioner wasn't on. The front desk man said it would be on shortly. When it was still off 15 minutes later, I began looking for a new hotel, and then checked out. It wasn't one thing. It was all of them. The air conditioner was just the last straw. Also, overall the place - my room especially - feels shabby. And my bed was small, way too low, and narrow. Plus, by the time I left - about 1PM - my bed still hadn't been made.

Great staff
Excellent staff was very helpful. Location very convenient to public transport and close to several restaurants. The Aircon was my only disappointment.

Ok stay but not up to its opening standard
Ok stay with generally clean room and toilet. However, the condition has pretty much deteriorated from its initial opening under Aqueen. They have yet to fully branded their rooms as many things are still remnants of the previous establishment so hopefully there will be some form of renewal. I think some of the staff are also tired of the hotel since they give me negative vibes especially their check in and maintenance.
