Great location - easy walk to Chinatown, Clarke Quay and transport. Staff are lovely and very helpful. The hotel is under renovation so bathrooms and linen are getting a little tired but would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location for walking, taking the bus and the MRT is diagonally opposite. Extremely quiet and very clean with a very comfortable bed. But a doona in this hot climate!!! Would prefer a top sheet.

The property was OK - definitely felt safe and quiet. Rooms are quite small but very modern. Breakfast is served on the lower floor and was fine but coffee cups are very, very small. Staff were helpful and the staff at check in were very nice. There didn't seem to be much shopping around the hotel. Would like more information on how to operate things in the room.

Hotel is well located 2mins from MRT and short walk to Chinatown. Staff very friendly and helpful. Building is going through a refurbishment and some days building noise was very loud. Rooms comfortable.

We wanted somewhere that centrally accessible to most places and Park Regis in the Clarke Quay area fitted that criteria, close to China Town and a good 25-30 min walk to Marina Bay area. The rooms a functional, clean and modern. The pool area is small but again nicely positioned. What makes this ideal is if you are on a late flight they will securely store your luggage and near the pool area a shower and changing rooms are available for use. We didn’t have breakfast or meals as we prefer to explore outside so cannot comment on that front.

No complaints. Close to China Town, and Clarke Quay. Good WiFi, bright light room, breakfast was ok, mix of Western & Asian, friendly efficient staff, very attentive. There is a self serve laundry room. Certainly on my list to return

Good stay in Singapore
Good location. Convenient for the underground (MRT) Well presented hotel. Room was a little small with big suitcases. Pool looks great and is lovely to chill out next to ,but was rather cold , I guess that was the time of the year.

Good Location, Friendly Staff
Hotel is centrally located with easy access to MTR, Clark Quay + Clark Quay Central Mall. Check in was easy and the concierge staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms are modern but have very limited drawer space if you're staying for any length of time. Housekeeping could use improvement. Did not replenish body wash even though put empty bottle out by sink, garbage not emptied 1 day (we had to tie up bag and place it on top of waste container) and another day only had bath towels and no hand towels or face towels.

My parents and I did not have free breakfast included with our room booking. My aunts, aunt & uncles had free breakfast included with their stay. We paid similar rate for our hotel stay. We stayed for 5 nights. Whereas my other relatives stayed 4 & 2 nights.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly. We loved the pool. Proximity to the train station was good and the area opposite with restaurants was execellent.
