"Really nice room for central London. Spacious room and nice modern bathroom and excellent shower. The room had colour changing mood lighting, coffee pod machine, and a bottle of water. The minibar was well stocked, however all chargeable. The Dakota has free minibar which is restocked for free if staying more than one night. Also no facecloths."

"hotel was great from start till finish , my son was not feeling well and the hotel were the reception staff checked us in early due to this , they went above and beyond as they did not have too , the room was really comfy and had everything we needed , the breakfast was hands done the best buffet hotel breakfast ive had ….. it was great , would definitely return to the mama shelter "

"It was clean and comfortable and cheap for the price and I had no issues for central London. It's not the easiest doorway to find but it's near Liverpool street. Locks on tbe door are annoying in my view "

"We stayed here twice recently. The first time was in a 1 bedroom executive apartment, and the second time was in a 2 bedroom executive apartment. First - the location. It's incredibly central. There's a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants - all within 50m. There's a police station next door (nice to know that no matter how rowdy things got at night, you were fairly safe). And across the road, Liverpool St Station which has a huge number of underground and overground lines. You can get to pretty much any London icon from here fairly easily. Second - the rooms The 1 bedroom executive apartment had a bedroom that looked out onto the street. Only a rollerblind covered the 3 windows, so there was not total privacy, and the rooms were VERY bright and noisy throughout the night as a result. If you're a light sleeper, do not book one of these rooms! The 2 bedroom apartment had bedrooms with windows on the other side of the buildings. These were great - nice and quiet. I'm a light sleeper and I slept well here (but still had to use an eye mask to block out the light). Beds and pillows were very comfy. The not-so-good - The room condition is good but not great. Some mould in the bathrooms. Washing machine gave the occasional error message. The baths are very high off the ground so if you have accessibility issues, stepping into the shower might be an issue. The good - There were a few problems during our stay but they were all resolved well, so a big 'tick' for responsiveness."

"such a great place to stay and explore. i love walking in to the space and being greeted by a team of happy people. how cool is that just in itself... not too formal at all, laid back and full of energy and warmth and information and suggestions if you want it. we were there three nights and every night we came back we were greeted and helped by the men at the door, or the people at the desk... best service and graciousness from beginning to end. will definitely recommend. we almost stayed at Nobu around the corner because i like that hotel atmosphere generally but the hoxton was perfect for the area and bringing my 18 year old son and showing him London for the first time. also, it was great for him to see the child out work area at different times during the day and be packed and everyone be in different modes of work solo or with someone or hang out and chat. would love a space like this in the east bay / bay area, california..."

"Great hotel, immaculate rooms with fun iPad controls can change lighting options etc. small room and bed against 3 walls but perfectly fine for our one night stay. Will look to book again if price is reasonable "

"Everything was perfect. The staff were friendly, decent breakfast, close to stores and attractions we were interested in, and the view wasn't half bad!"
