though pics look good, nothing was like that !
it was disaster ! our room was on 8th floor n we had to climb 10 floors n then down 2 floors ! no lift, some stairs outside covered with snow was too dangerous to climb. Hot water was not working, uncleaned wet towels offered. limited parking n no room for the driver, the old care taker seems least bothered, food was not worth to taste even !
