The property was relatively new with nice clean and well maintained rooms. Breakfast was excellent. The location quite close to Seaworld was good. My only comment would be that the staff at the Nanhai wing spoke little English and i had to ask at the Waghai wing reception to solve my request.

The suite was nice and the staff was friendly. Breakfast is amazing and can’t miss.
The bar EDEN though, is very disappointing and totally not worth visiting.
Outdoor pool is not heated and is 2m deep throughout. Swimming cap is required. Access via a very cramped, damp changing room.

We were given a room upgrade from a standard room to a suite. The suite was spacious and clean. Had a good time staying at this hotel. Hotel staff were attentative and professional. However, dinining options were quite pricey.

The room was great.
The food in the main restaurant on the first floor is not bad at all.
There was a confusion with my reservation, but everything was resolved in a perfect way.

We’ll be back again to enjoy the super comfy room, the gorgeous balcony, the lovely bathtub and the luxurious room service. The staff are all very friendly too. If you stay in the Nanhai Wing, be sure to venture over to the pool at the main building for lounging.

The hotel is great, service was super.
I had a hydraulic jackhammer working just outside my room windows, this room should not be used while these works are making so much noice.

Hard to say because most all amenities were closed because of coronavirus.
Also there was no air conditioning or fans to use.
They gave us a room w a porch, so we could open the door for air Fromm outside but it was hot at night and hard to sleep w the heat and mosquitos.
