Staff was good. Hotel is good for layover stay as transfer to/from airport are included. However getting to the transfer location is a bit difficult.

I spent two nights in this hotel one was the first day when I arrived and another one was the last day because they provide shuttle bus service from the airport to the hotel also they provided free breakfast! Me and my kids love the hotel because the room is clean, the shower water was powerful and their breakfast have many choices too. One more important thing was my kid forgot his doll in the hotel room and the other night we contacted the hotel staff they helped me to send it back to Hong Kong. Thank you so much ! Especially the staff #3 and the cleaner who helped us to find it. We received the doll two days later.

Great experience over all. Here’s a tip to get to shuttle bus on the third floor for T1, you go out from the first food and take elevator to the 3rd floor and wait for the shuttle bus at terminal 6.

One problem
Made a review on Google maybe was a bit harsh but there are hotels very close by with very similar names and this made it very confusing what address to show taxi drivers and when I did have the right one they also never really knew where it was so beware if your a foreigner. Aside from that great stay staff great breakfast good and room lovely

I had stayed at JOYFUL YARD Hotel for 3 nights recently as I had to reschedule my flight to LAX. I picked ed the hotel for its high rating, and I was not disappointed - the hotel is tidy and clean, plus the hourly free shuttle back and forth to the Pudong airport where I could conveniently take the subway to anywhere I want. The front desk was very friendly in particular Ms #10 (sorry I forgot her name but only her ID#). The breakfast was not the best, but you can not beat the price for everything you get!

We had one night stay at Shanghai JOYFUL YARD Hotel after a 12-hour journey landing at Pudong International Airport. The hotel staff were nice and helpful. They responded to my Expedia inquiry and Wechat messages promptly. Plus, the hotel provided free airport shuttle pickup service, who showed up at the airport on time according to their shuttle schedule. It was an overall cozy and comfortable stay, just what we needed after an exhausting journey.

It's a relatively new hotel and it's so clean! Thankful for the shuttle bus service to airport which makes it easier for solo traveler like me. The bus stop is also nearby and public transport was convenient.

好几次过境旅店都没有什么好感受，看着差评上的描述有点担心。机场免费接送，抱着姑且一试的心情选择了他家前台XX工号服务员接待热情有礼，专业迅速，早餐品种虽不多但很适宜，特别推荐“咖啡”值得一喝，接送司机。以后只要酒店转机我就住你家。

The staff are very cordial and helpful. The bed sheets are clean. The breakfast is satisfying. The only things that I noticed are the door handle area is not clean and the face towels are a bit too old.

Great location for a short stay in Shanghai.
Nice stay with very friendly staff, allowed us to check in early after a very long journey and flight from the uk. They offered us free breakfast whilst we waited and organised our free airport shuttle for the next day.

The place is ok. Airport shuttles come every hour. Disney shuttle is only once in the morning. But it is not that far from disney. Taxi only cost about 30 yuan which is 5 usd. Place is clean. Breakfast is decent. Nothing too special. What makes it extraordinary are the staffs. Everyone is very friendly, very helpful. The bus driver insisted on helping us with our suitcases. The front desk is very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place is u r just here for a short stay by Pudong area, or for transit
