We, family of 4 had a pleasant stay at ENA suite. The staff speaks English and very helpful if you have any questions. It’s very convenient to Namdaemun market and the restaurants at the area are great with many local restaurants rather than tourist restaurants. There is a coin laundry and dryer but only 1 which cost 5000 won each used for each one. Very convenient for some travellers.

Love the hotel but I was surprised the bathroom was all glass doors😂 The location is nice and has a wowpass machine at the lobby which comes in handy! There's a convenient store at the corner too which helped me get the stuff i needed! (charger, adapter etc.) Overall, a wonderful hotel.

Close to Metro to travel around Seoul. Comfy bed. Loved that they had a separate shower stall with rainfall spout. Great area to get around by Metro or walking. Staff at front desk are very helpful, professional and friendly. One was kind enough to call the tour company for me since my phone couldn't get through to confirm my pickup.

It was very welcoming and the staff were friendly. There’s nothing fancy in the lobby but the rooms were spacious and clean. The area was convenient with lots of restaurants nearby.

Highly recommend this hotel, room is very big, lots of eateries nearby, just right behind the metro station. The staffs are super friendly and they even have Chinese staff which make it much easier to communicate.

Clean, spacious rooms with lots of dining options nearby. Which was a good thing, since we had an atrocious experience in the hotel restaurant. We stepped off the elevator into the restaurant foyer at 8:10 pm (the restaurant closes at 9 pm), thinking we'd get a quick meal and head off to bed. Before we even entered the (empty) restaurant, the host literally yelled at us, "CLOSED!!!" and ran away from us, into the kitchen. We immediately tried at the front desk to find another restaurant in the area - explaining what had happened in the restaurant. The reception attendant laughed out loud and explained that the restaurant accepts its last meal order at 8:30 pm...at which time we pointed out that it was now only 8:13 pm (he stopped laughing). He then suggested we go to Starbucks for dinner (seriously?) Other front desk reception reps were great, but this guy was cocky and unhelpful.

Overall the hotel was good. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The air conditioning had some issues and there was sometimes a raw sewage smell in and around the building.

The location of the hotel is very good as it’s in walking distance to all the main attractions of the city. However, the room is quite cold because the heating system is not provide enough heat.

It’s a very nice hotel, nicer than others we stayed at in Seoul. The location is closer to “business” areas so less convenient to tourist areas, but I would recommend it for the price and cleanliness.

Ena Hotel is conveniently located for shopping, dining snd public transportation. The hotel staff are very professional, courteous and very helpful. Hotel is very clean and room I stayed was spacious. I arrived at around 7:30pm with my Aunt, however, there was no one yo assist us yo carry put 5 luggage into our room from the lobby.

ENA Suite Hotel has good customer service. The staff was accomodating and the beds and bathrooms were clean and organized. The hotel is also in a good location that is close to the subway and bus station and food places.

Decent sized room with comfy bed. The bathroom set up and separation could be better but still functional. It’s a quiet area away from the road and the traffic noise. Decent restaurants and coffee shops around. Would definitely consider coming back again.

Overall have a very good experiences, only issue is the noise water pipe from nearby room, quite ignoring during the night, not loud but can hear it when your neighboring guest taking shower.
