Fire alarm went off at one in the morning, with no communication from the staff, emptied all the rooms was excruciatingly loud with no explanation and severe panic Throughout the clientele with no explanation from studio six

Nice place if you planning visiting Seattle for a few day it will grate have a small kitchen Clean also the train station is close for visiting Seattle downtown

As another reviewer pointed out…”you can definitely do better, look for a different place to stay”. The staff were rude, poor customer service, office always locked and then when you call office they lie and say they are there and doors were unlocked. Checkin was a nightmare. We were there at 1:45 in afternoon to see if we could check in early. We were told strict checkin time of 3pm. So we waited. They assured us that our three rooms would be grouped together, upon check in they were not and only one room available. We had to wait for the other two to be cleaned (after 3pm). We got our second room around 4. We had dinner plans in the city that had to be postponed in order to get into our 3rd room which still was not ready by 5:30! We were not leaving without getting a room because the motel was full. We didn’t end up getting to eat dinner until 9pm downtown. ***only good thing about this motel- the location to lite rail was very convenient and 5 min away with free parking***. After the first night, we needed to ask to switch rooms due to the thick smell of mold after running the bathroom fan Room 217. I woke up in the middle of the night with the worst headache. The bathroom was not clean. My daughter refused to shower. Mildew covered in shower with thick layers of silicone. Chunks had been cut out of ceiling to remove water damage, patched and painted. The bathroom fan vent looked like it had been dipped in brown cotton candy with the amount of dust! Cockroaches!

G6 Hospitality needs to get its management staff some serious Customer Service training. They male you want to smack them. That ragged looking manager, is a major liability. Remodeled does not mean remodeled. Thats how they fooled me into even considering this place. If I could post pictures, I would.

The place was nice. Easy I5 access. Quiet out of the way. What I didnt like was that I realized I paid for two queens and ended up with a queen and a full. It was alot smaller. Also noticed the smoke detector was removed from our room. Not sure if by guests before or the property.

Excellent staff, very helpful. Room is big, nice setup. I was in room 119 and it had a strong dog smell, the cleaning staff went to clean the floor and the smell went away but it came back after a few hours. I think the hotel should have better policies for dogs.

Location to the new Light Rail station was very convenient with just a short walk away. The area felt safe and the hotel was exactly clean and quiet. Our only complaint was we didn’t have a hair dryer in the room.
