Not once was there any mention that this hotel was going through renovations. And to be honest, it did not look like anything was happening quickly to fix this. This room was probably the worst room I have ever stayed in. The carpet was ripped, wallpaper coming down, holes in the wall, holes where the shower curtain rod was replaced....(the list goes on). The only good spot was the staff was friendly.

The property is under construction the driveway full of holes the hot tub was not working and could not use the pool it was as green as the grass the breakfast was awful the eggs where watered and the bread & bagles were hard as rocks we didnt eat and coffee was cold we checked in at 4:30 pm and left by 7am could not believe how bad it was for a Holiday Inn & Suits , usually the are top notch this one was not , no where close to it

Kim helped us check in. She is excellent. Nice, fun, knowledgable, and helpful. Truly the BEST experiemce we've ever had checking into a hotel.

The gentleman that checked us in was pleasant and made the check in process easy. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! The gentleman at checkout was also pleasant as well. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

The room was cozy. Breakfast was good. The staff is friendly and courteous. Some of the furniture has seen better days and need to be updated/changed.

I know there is construction nearby, the entrance road is pretty beat up. Also a more visible entrance sign would be helpful, as we drove past it the the first time. Otherwise it was nice.

Room mix-up at check-in. My room was “given” to another guest. I did not get the type of room booked. They are also undergoing some needed renovation, so currently some room conditions are a little less than excellent, but that should change soon.

The rooms /bathroom are dated and there is no lock box. The location is a little remote.. meaning you can’t walk from hotel to streets to shop. Staff were superb.

My room was next to a very noisy air conditioner The curtain didn’t close, the bath didn’t drain, and the toilet was broken. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean.

Customer service, breakfast staff and the breakfast was perfect. *Chefs Kiss*. However the rooms needs major updating and the pool was disgusting. I checked out the day after we checked in (I had secured the room for 4 nights) but I couldn't subject my family to that filth. Please do better. I understand there's new management but the least that could've been done in the interim, while renovation's are being made, is to make sure that the pool was clean. My room I understand was outdated but the room was also not entirely cleaned before our arrival.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff is attentive and hospitable. Breakfast included eggs and sausage, yogurt and fruits, and others. The property is being renovated.

We picked this place as the last stay of a 2 week vacation and picked it for the pool and hot tub. We would get there early and relax in the pool and hot tub. Our room was paid for automatically the day before and could not be refunded. When we got there we were told the pool and hot tub were closed. After expressing m6 disappoinment i was told i could not get a refund but they would make it up to me, which was a bottle of water. Very rude and not appreciated. Getting access to another properties pool would have been appreciated or an email notice while i could still cancel the reservation about the pool would have been nice. We could have stayed at another plave for $50 less but we paid extra to get the pool and hot tub. Getting $50 back is the least they could do.

The staff and rooms are great! The pool was not clean. It appeared as the filter was not working properly because there was a lot of hair and dirt floating. This hotel does not recycle. In fact they still use styrofoam cups and plates at their breakfast bar. In 2023 this is problematic. However, the breakfast is good.

Very friendly staff and good breakfast. Rooms were in very clean condition. However, the TV was difficult to use and the "guide" did not work, making it necessary to flip to each channel to see what was on. In addition, the mattress on our queen sized bed was far too soft and uncomfortable for sleeping.

Everyone at the property is very nice, but when we walked into our room, there was a press on nail and pair of contacts on the floor. The floor was so messy that I felt uncomfortable even in my socks. Seeing as I arrived very late, I was too tired to leave hotels and find another one though that was really the best option. The beds seemed okay. The contractors they hired to work on the hotel, left plaster all over the outside of the adjoining room, including on the walls and floor. This hotel is so dirty! And I am extremely disappointed that there was no offer for any compensation. On a good note, breakfast was delicious and the staff is friendly. But I will never stay here again! I have to say, I am very disappointed that they did not offer to compensate us for anything, but I’m not the kind of person who will insist on compensation, so I guess that may be my fault.

Property is going through some renovations, which appear to be needed at this time. I and others from my company have stayed here numerous times. However, one of my sales reps mentioned he had some mold in his room and he didn't turn on the A/C unit until close to midnight only to discover it wasn't working properly. So, it was too late to do anything. Another rep said his A/C unit was not working that well either. I believe this is a good hotel, just going through some much needed updates that will hopefully be completed soon. I am not giving up on this Holiday Inn Express.
