All though the property is under renovations, the floor we were on was a mess from construction! We had no hot water in the shower, the handicap shower was plumbed incorrectly, my husband is a professional plumber! The fan in the A/C unit was like an airplane taking off! We have stayed here before and never had any issues like this! Disappointed!

From checking in to checking out, everything went amazing! I forgot my toothbrush and paste at home, they offered a disposable one for me. Very convenient location.

convenient location and friendly staff. property is a bit of a mess with construction but should be ok once complete. located basically within a superstore parking lot, but does have a convenient starbucks and walmart nearby.

Hilton Garden Inn is going through total room renovations. Half the third floor was closed off and lobby area also being redone. Yet service was great and hotel was clean.

I’m so so so in love with this Hilton Garden branch, the beautiful lady in the front desk is always being helpful, demonstrated high standard of hospitality. The rooms are just renovated and I felt great. The location is a plus, very close to the entrance and exit of the highway 81, and there are a variety of restaurants you can choose from, a Walmart is literally 3-5 minutes walk away from the hotel.

No hot water- only lukewarm. Staff was unable to give us another room or compensate us in any way because we booked through Expedia and thus they acted as if we weren't actually paying customers!

Great location with plenty of parking, friendly accommodating staff. Best of all, very clean comfortable rooms. Only incovenience was the misty spray from the shower head. It was so fine, i could bqrely get rinsed. Otherwise a great room.

Large, comfortable room, friendly staff, good location, excellent breakfast. Our favourite hotel when travelling by vehicle. Only negative was getting hot water…had to run water for about 5 minutes before it turned hot (told by staff it was because of low occupancy).

I loved it here. Check in was easy, all of the staff were pleasant and the place was super clean. The only downside is the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors otherwise great stay.

Excellent! Staff is very friendly from the Front desk young lady when arrived to the Morning Front desk lady. It’s our go to Hotel every time we go to PA. Very clean. They are remodeling and we stayed in a remodeled room. The restaurant breakfast is excellent as well Great service!

The “neighbors” dogs were barking until 1:30 in the morning. They didn’t do anything other than scream at the dog. The property and staff were great I just wish the rooms were soundproof.

The property is under construction right now and because of this the pool is closed, I would’ve booked elsewhere if I knew that before hand. Other than that the staff was great.
