Booked this property for a stay with friends, the payment was completed from my end. When reached the hotel manager denied giving rooms to us saying OYO does not pay them. They asked to book rooms again at the counter which would mean paying double the amount.
The hotel staff was rude, coming on to OYO support staff; the so called customer support executives that are sitting on the customer care number either they are not qualified or they dont understand the issue. Called 3 times to the customer support every time they were like Hold on sir let us transfer the call to our manager and the superior Manager of OYO never pick up the call. After a long hold of 6-7 minutes the call gets disconnected automatically.
For the resort, the staff was arrogant, they were like what should we do take a room or leave. Think this a real fraud going on by taking the payment once from the users and then asking them to pay again in the hotel or cancel the booking. Cancellation will be 0 refund as it will the same day you will be reaching the hotel so either you pay double or forget about the money you paid.
If you want a real vacation stay away from OYO rooms and particularly this resort in ranthambore.
Still struggling to get my refund.
