"Amazingly beautiful view! Great amenities, and well-located. What to do with garbage was confusing though (throw organics off balcony and leave the rest is what we did). Asked the caretaker for a broom when it became clear that no one was cleaning during our stay, but never received one."

"This property was amazing to stay at. The rooms are cute little cabins, with a very comfortable bed and two nightstands. Very minimalistic but it’s all you need and waking up to an unobstructed sunrise view of the volcano on Lake Atitlan. The club and lounge that is nearby the property has the best views as well and reasonable pricing. It does get a bit loud at night until 1am as there is nightly music so bring earplugs but the view cannot be beat. Beds are very comfortable and owner was very...

"The hotel's view is aesthetically pleasing and the environment is tranquil. One minor inconvenience we encountered was the difficulty in arranging accommodations for my group of friends. The scheduling process was somewhat disorganized, and it took some effort to find a staff member who could assist us. Despite the staff's helpfulness, I was disappointed that they were unable to locate someone who could verify the availability of rooms for our group."

"WARNING ⚠️ CALL JENNA'S BEFORE ARRIVING TO PANAJACHEL so they can arrange transportation from your taxi/bus to the hotel. The "TukTuks" (the only available transportation) should charge you around $25 Quetzales to take you to the hotel. Unfortunately some of the drivers take advantage of new tourists, and we were charged an exorbitant amount. To JENNA'S staff: Please warn incoming guests about this. Other than that, I'll let the other reviews speak for themselves. This place is beautiful and the staff are excellent. "

"Beautiful view of the lake from its restaurant and terrace. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good restaurant in the hotel. Beautifully maintained gardens. Great location with easy access to marina and boat tours to other towns around the lake."

"Wow. This was the most beautiful properties I have ever seen. It is worth every penny. The staff works extremely hard to maintain the landscaping and making sure you can relax. Incredibly nice people. The only thing is you are a bit removed from any other restaurants or food options, but one day we walked to Santa Cruz and it was a beautiful walk and got to have lunch at CECAP. "
