This property is not family friendly at all. There were alot of transients in and out of property, screaming in halls, loud music with huge speakers, smelled like cigarette smoke and one of the beds in the room had bed bugs.

They were unable to accomidate me, so I asked for a refund. They told me they cancelled my stay and I would be refunded. This has not happened and Expedia refuses to give my money back. Will never use this site again.

This place is very misleading. No parking at all, locks on door were not there, and room wasn’t very clean. Do not recommend.

The best thing about our stay was the friendly front desk clerk that checked us in at 4pm. He was awesome. We had a suite with a king and 2 queens. The king was hard as a rock. The queens weren't great but they were a lot more comfortable than the concrete slab with king size sheets on it 😂 Hotel was queit which was nice but don't get back too late at night or you'll end up parking on the street. I feel like the stay was fair for the price.

Parking was an inconvenience. There was a truck with a camper attached that took up 5 spaces and I ended up parking on the side street. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

The staff was very nice and quick with requests. I felt they were always easy to work with for accommodations. The parking is good but can be a tight fit for larger vehicles. The building is older. It is clean and maintained but does show its age. My wish list is for ISB ports to be added to the rooms. Big spacious rooms.

The room we stayed in was big and enjoyable. We will stay here again in the future, but hopefully they will have a front desk personnel change, one that is DEFINITELY much more pleasant. A smile and an accompanying Hello is NOT too much to ask for someone spending $300 on arrival. He didn't even mention the free breakfast --- Hospitality is the key to service in the United States, don't know if he was a raised in this country, so put him in a different position like gardener where his lack of personal relationship skill are NOT needed.

Unfortunately we had to check out almost immediately after checking in. The room was dark, dingy and most disappointingly, full of cockroaches. The member of staff on check in was great and friendly, he had no issues processing a refund for us and it seemed like he had done it for this exact reason a few times before. I usually am fine with a hotel being a bit outdated especially after Disney as all you really need is a clean room to sleep in after a long day, but I really wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone for anything.

Overall, it is a good stay & you get what you pay for. It's a 3-Star Hotel & the premises has actual lemon trees so that is nice. The rooms are in good condition with the basic amenities you want. This stay, everything in my room seems to be working up to par so that is good. The area outside the property is average & the gates are not working; however the hotel staff said there were cameras in the lots. They do not have breakfast, but a pool & Jacuzzi (also in my room) so that is superb. Overall, it is good stay with a few minor flaws.

Poor management
They stopped serving breakfast in 2020, but it still says they offer breakfast. The front desk was very rude and so was the manager. They do not have an elevator and seeing that I was in a wheelchair gave me a second story room. This place used to be great; we used to come here all the time. I will not stay here again.

I was sleeping like a baby until 2am and the noise began (loud talking and banging on the walls). I got no sleep in this place :/ I’ve been here before with no problems but this time it was a nightmare.

This place is an absolute dump!!! Post 3 pics on Expedia to make it look decent. Showed up with my wife and kids and the room was a mess! Dirty dirty dirty. Stepped on a staple coming into the bedroom. I’ve slept on floors softer than the beds they have. Cigarette holes in all the sheets. A piece of plywood used as a shelf in the closet. Mold on the walls. We decided to leave the property cause I’m sure nobody wants their family in that situation and the hotel STILL CHARGED ME $185 FOR THE FIRTS NIGHT EVEN THO WE LEFT! I didn’t cancel I checked in and decided to leave the property. Don’t let the pics fool you stay at a motel 6 if wanting to save money
