It was like a cheap hotel. No amenities. Under staffed to the point that no one answered the phone on several occasions. No one at the front counter much of the time and no bell to ring for service. Customers had to shout out for help at the sign in point.. Paper coffee cups, malfunctioning toilet, water $2, no microwave, same trash in parking area as was the night before, had requested bathtub but no handicap room but didn't have one, no trolleys in reception area. It was even difficult to find the front door to the place. I thought a Hilton would be a nicer hoter. This must be the bottom of their line.
