The floors were so dirty. As soon as we took off our shoes we literally swept the floor with our socks. Once our socks were off our feet could feel the grime and dust. At checkout the front desk clerk said she couldn't do anything about adding our CHOICE reward points. It wasn't so much she couldn't do it, but the manner she provided the information.

First let me say that they property was very clean and they rooms were nice, however the staff is not friendly. Upon arrival the staff was less than friendly and placed us in a room on the first floor right next to the “breakfast room”. The guest were extremely noise until 3:00am sounding like they were in the room with us. The staff did not address. At 5:00 am the start prep for the breakfast… extremely loud! When we went to check out the front desk person ignored me for a period of time. Again nice rooms and very clean, but not friendly and worst not ever.

The hotel needs to have a deep vaccuum cleaning because there is a specific part of the room that smells like a dry pee. We were stayingnin an accessible room by the way. But other part of the room is clean like the restroom. The beds are confortable and smells good too. The hotel served good breakfast as well.

I love the fact that isn’t far from the airport and accessible to Restaurants, I like the fact the hotel has a pool and a jacuzzi

Front desk Manager was great. We missed one day of room service because of staffing shortage. There were 2 incidents with guests - one needing police to come in and another guest was speaking very loudly around 1 AM waking us up.

It was clean and comfortable. It looks like they are upgrading or refurbishing the rooms. Location is good. Rooms are small. We were there while our daughter was at Hoag Newport giving birth. So we weren’t at the motel much. I would stay there again.

Overall I satisfied with stay at this hotel. Good location for easy access to the freeway and bed was comfortable. I didn't try their breakfast but liked coffee. Only reason I gave 3 star for property condition is that this is old facility may need some more renewal. Other than that happy stay. Thanks!

our main issue staying here was that you can hear everything outside of your room. we stayed on the first floor and couldn’t sleep in more than we wanted to because there was lots of noise and talking coming from the outside of the room. we could hear footsteps and talking of anyone outside of the room and it was loud. the bathtub had a very large stain and one of the mornings there was a spider in the bathtub. staff was very friendly.

This is an older property needs updating. No usb ports to charge electronics. The mattress was not comfortable. The manager was nice the room was clean. It met my needs for an overnight stay. The breakfast was good.

Handicap parking was no direct route to lobby and there was a fairly large lip on the sidewalk path to handicap parking that made it difficult for wheelchair to roll over. However the breakfast room was very well cared for and well appointed.

Close to the airport, good breakfast, and parking was included in the already low price compare to hotels near by. Room walls were not insulated very well/sound proof and allowed noise from neighbors into the room.

Won’t stay here again.
Front desk employees were rude. There’s construction going on, the rooms behind ours are being remodeled. Constant banging and loud noise, plus worker’s blasting music. We could not sleep in. We ended up checking out on Sunday at 4am. Seems like the worker’s who were remodeling were staying next to our room they were very loud as well woke up on Saturday morning at 2am. Hotel was clean and breakfast was good. I won’t be staying here again though.
