My sister fell in bath tub due to the very slippery tub, she was hurt badly. When I asked if they had bath tub mats, desk girl goes to the back , comes out and hands me 1??? They had a way to prevent this, but didn't, Very UNHAPPY Breakfast is big only week days, weekend, cold cereal and old muffins and yogurt. I WASN'T HAPPY for what I paid!!!! I felt cheated

On the street to the entrance of the hotel there are parking several junky RVs of homeless people. I agree, this is the new picture of many US cities. But it is still annoying.

My room was upgraded as a complimentary, I got in my room and furnitures were dusty and there was 2 mouse traps the closet in the second additional room in ny suite.

The hotel is good for families and those going to Levi’s stadium. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly. There are mobile homes around but not too much of a concern. My only issue was that I was billed for having a dog. I do not own a dog. I was there 4 days, they would have seen a dog if I had one. Although my room was dog friendly, there was no sign of a dog when I got there or when I left. Not sure how they concluded that I had a dog. Nonetheless, after talking to a couple people, we got a refund.
