I would like my money back our front door did not shut completely when I brought it up to staff they said that they can’t help me . No hot water in the showers and no heat . I need my money back this is not okay also lots of roaches and black widows dirty sheets and no towels

The motel was conveniently located to 101 so made it easy to get around. I understand that it makes for traffic noise though. My room was basic but again I appreciated that as the price less expensive. The cleaning staff were good as the people behind the counter.

Place is clean and of dollar value for the Bay Area. The only issue I have with it is the rooms in the front have a lot of traffic noise which is not their fault. Overall good review.
