Wouldn't stay again

Room small and oddly shaped for hotels of its price range and location I've stayed in. Windows afforded very little privacy, looking directly into offices across the narrow street. Bathroom itself uncomfortably small. Bathroom ceiling leaked huge puddle all over floor and toilet. Maintenance guy coming to repair it dumped disgusting wave of water all over bathroom and left it for housekeeping to eventually (not) clean later that day. Ethernet cable at desk didn't work—hotel staff when contacted told me (an Internet professional) that it was my computer's network settings that was probably the problem!? Desk chair broken and slowly kept changing height while sitting on it. Bathroom sink cold water tap had almost no water pressure, water only trickled out in tiny stream. Shower had great rain shower head with detachable head. But often had to wait for several minutes leaving the water running before any hot water would come out. No fridge in room, TV was pretty old, and had scratched up the dresser top pretty badly. Fitness center mediocre. My room was directly above it, and laying in bed at night could hear the rhythmic thumping of people running on treadmill on the floor beneath me. Front desk staff not particularly friendly or helpful when contacted a few times from roll phone. No apparent sign of available room service or menu. Had to manually check out on morning of last day, no bill waiting for me under door that morning, as is customary most places.

Cons: hotel is average but comfortable -- no breakfast menu - just a brunch; service at hotel bar is about as bad as I have ever seen
Location: there is no room service and they hit you with a variable facilities fee in addition to taxes when you check out ($30 to $75)/day;
avg to below avg overall -- staff is not very friendly; prostitution in bar (lounge area), possibly because of Superbowl --

Nice hotel in the middle of SF

The hotel was very nice, and the staff was very kind. It was in downtown San Francisco, and everything was at a walkable distance. One block away from Market street, a very busy and alive street. Very close to Yerba Buena Park, Union Square and the Ferry Building. Surrounded by good places to eat, shop and visit.

Great location! Just a few blocks from shopping and Moscone Center. Also only 15 min walk to Caltrain station.

Great location and amazing view of the city from the room. You can walk to so many places and there are lots of shops/ restaurants located in the area.

Great Location

Good hotel with pleasant staff, close to shopping, transportation and walking to many sites.

Great location

Pros: The hotel staff was friendly, the bed was very comfy and it was close to downtown. Cons: They allow pets at this location and I ended up with flea bites and upon entering the room was hit with the foul smell of pet urine. As there was no window to allow air flow I was constantly spraying perfume to mask the smell. Also be sure to place the the Do Not Disturb sign on the door at night, cleaning staff tried to enter the room at 8am.

ウォーターフロントにも徒歩圏の利便性の高いホテル

今回はニューイヤーカウントダウンの花火に子供達と出掛けるために宿泊しました。徒歩で会場のウォーターフロントに行けことと、ユニオンスクエアに近いなど買い物、食事にも便利であり、かつ治安の良い地域にある事から選びました。快適に了解できました。
