"Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely book a room with a balcony or patio. Basic room does not have windows that open and are very stuffy and no view. The pool temp was perfect and clean. Wish we had time to visit the spa. Was not crowded so maybe it was off season (April) Hotel definitely has a convention vibe to it be I would stay again for the amenities, price, and location to everything in the San Diego area. Only downfall is you have to drive 10-15mins for any good food. However we did not try the hotel restaurant but it looked good."
