Overall this stay was pleasant. I will say that I am still trying to get the hold removed from my credit card as they put a temp hold to cover extra's, which is fine as most hotels do that. My problem started when I checked out and they tried to charge me for the whole stay (had already paid for the hotel room through Orbitz as part of a package deal). They then insisted I pay the $296.50 for the restaurant and local taxes instead of taking it out of the $500 hold they had already put on my card. Not very helpful. We used the shuttle back and forth to the train station for three days and I will say the driving was less than desirable and instead of picking us up at the time we gave them, we found ourselves waiting an hour everyday to be picked up, so I would not recommend using the shuttle. The staff however was very nice and attentive and the rooms were clean. Next time however I will be staying in downtown rome as the distance made travel time consuming.

Nice stopover on the way to/from Rome
Hotel is conveniently placed very close to the highway exit in Fabro, a perfect spot in case you need a stopover. Room spacious, excellent breakfast, price in line with class of hotel.
