Courteous staff, very professional and accommodating, from concierge, bar/restaurant staff and housekeepers. The location is absolutely perfect, a block or 2 away from the city’s public transportation hub, Termini. The only time tho that we needed to ride the subway was for the Vatican tour. The rest of the primary attractions we walked from the hotel and back.

I never give 5 star rating for any business - except this one! After arriving early, Georgio at the desk went out out of his way to help get our room ready. I think perhaps he was tired of us showing up every hour asking if it was ready LOL. But seriously, everyone there was extremely helpful - from the dining staff to the room staff to the desk staff! On our return trip we will be staying here again - if they'll have us :)
