This place was pretty nice and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were spacious and nice as well. We only stayed one night but would have definitely picked this place to stay longer if we were staying more days.

Location is great for last day in Italy before flight home. Restaurants in area are terrific. Tough to choose as there are so many good one. Breakfast was amazing. Great way to start the travel day.Shuttle service was excellent.

Arrived about 10:30pm and hotel was advised.Website posted room amenities of tea/coffee maker and iron/iron board but arrived in an empty room w/ a tea bag. I had to call front desk to request for coffee/tea maker and I was told that they only have an electric kettle to warm up water and I HAD TO PICK IT UP FROM THE FRONT DESK! Really?! that late?! We were so tired from waking up too early to catch a flight from prior destination then wait hrs for connecting to FCO and carrying our luggages around the airports then arrived at this hotel given room at 407 which we can take elevator to 2nd flr then had to go down about 10steps with our luggages to reach our room that was situated at the bottom like a dungeon! So if you are claustrophobic, it's scary esp this late at night, looking at the dark walkway though light was motion activated. To add on to that in the morning, I called again and requested an iron/iron board and the receptionist told me if I can walk up to the reception then he can lend me 1. For real?! Meaning, I had to go through and walk through same steps just liked when we checked in?! Only the difference is that I won't be carrying luggages but an iron & iron board, get in an elevator and engaged on steps going back to our room! Soo disappointed! Aren't they're supposed to have housekeeping to deliver or at least have these room amenities available in the room as what was mentioned in the website?! Won't recommend and won't stay here again!!!

My Go To In Fiumicino
This is the only place I stay when I'm traveling back to the USA from the Rome airport. The only place because it's consistent and the service is great. I love the location as well.
