It was very loud at night time because the walls were thin and we can hear people talking loudly. Our other 4 star hotel in Rome was night and day to this one (which is also rated as 4 star). Facility was old and had little amenities (just a shower cap) and an all purpose soap. They also gave us wrong information about the taxi service to the airport.
