It was in a fantastic location, easy to reach all the main attractions from Termini Station. Always very clean and well-decorated, and everything worked as it should. Paolo was very responsive and helpful!

Smelt like sewage and had abrasive staff. Not terrible experience overall. Close to main Roma station and 30/40mins walk to the majority of Rome's main attractions. The area is rich with hotels, so maybe research. Paying at the hotel in cash is a ball ache too. Much prefer paying beforehand. Overall, 5/10. That's being very generous

Great stay
Water pressure appeared to have some problem on the first night and the second morning but Paolo fixed it on the second day. Other than that, great service, clean room and a great location which is a few minutes from Termini. Still a great stay overall.

Great experience
It was a great experience to stay here while I was in Rome. Not only the location was great as it was inly 5 mins walk from Termini station, room was clean and amiable, sound blocking was good, and the hotel owner Paolo was very helpful and kind. I definitely recommend this place for visitors to Rome!

Great location but with issues
I stayed in the hotel during my European trip. The location of the hotel is great, the rooms are renovated. Be aware that checking in after 10pm is not really possible (once you book the hotel you'll receive an email about this), because nobody is at the "front desk" at night. I had two issues with my stay that you should be aware of: - AC only comes for a fee (8 euros for a single) and it does not operate during the day, it only operates at night. My problem with this, that I only get notified at an email that I received after booking, but I did not get reminded about this when I decided about the AC and paid for it. - The single beds are very tiny. My bed was so about when you'd need it during the summer. My bed was so narrow that I couldn't sleep on it comfortably because I didn't have enough space.

Good accommodation in an ideal location
The Location which is just one road away from the main Rome Terminus , is perfect not only for when you arrive (just a short walk) but also for trips out (you can get early trains without the long walks). During my visit I did a day trip to Venice on the super fast bullet train. The room provides all that I needed - it was clean when I arrived and was kept spotless by the cleaners for the whole of my 8 day stay. Paolo the proprietor is very friendly and helpful and always on call. There are some issues to be aware of - None of which were a problem for me - but could be for others. The rooms are on the 4th floor and the lift is tiny it only takes two people at a time - if you have a lot of luggage then it will only be one person. The lift worked ok all the time I was there. There is no catering in the hotel - If you want a breakfast you have to go out , but there are plenty of places to eat around the Hotel and in the an the Station both at ground level and lower level. As I don't always like the Set breakfast menus that some hotels provide it was good to get out eat where I wanted. No tea making facilities in the Room either. The Reception is not manned most of the time. Paolo met me when I arrived at the Hotel and showed me how all the keys operate. Then he spent most of the time off site. But he was instantly contactable by text or Whatsapp. This Hotel provided everything that I wanted and I would stay there again , next time I am in Rome.

The hotel was very clean and spacious which I liked. If you are on a budget this hotel is a good option. Also we needed to stay near termini station to catch a 6:50am train to Venice so it was convenient. What I disliked was the fact that I had to pay 8 euros extra per day for air conditioning. The elevator is super small and if the door is not properly closed, It won't come down. One day I had to use the stairs all the way up to the 5th floor just because someone didn't check that the door was properly closed. There is no front desk 24 hours, but I contacted Paolo (the person in charge) via Whatsapp every time I had a question. Overall the hotel is ok for what you pay, but I wouldn't satay here again if I can afford something better. Keep in mind that you need to contact the hotel to let them know what time you arrive so that someone can be there.

"Hotel Bed In Roma" being very close to Termini station (3-5 minutes by a slow walk) is a very convenient place for both business and leisure travelers. The owner, Paolo is very kind and extremely helpful. The rooms are cleaned in a daily basis and the cleaning lady is doing a great job everyday. The street has very good restaurants and you can find any kind of food without going out of your street if you wish. The sound isolation is very good and when the windows are closed, you do not hear the sounds outside. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, amazing location + CLEAN!
Amazing location! Short 2 block walk to bus/train station. Couple cute cafes right downstairs (one on right is better!) and a great dinner spot that is open late across the street. Easy access to everywhere. Hotel room was immaculate -- super clean and comfortable. Owner was very sweet and checked in every once in awhile to make sure I was okay. Hotel has a life but it is tiny!!! Great hotel and would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Stayed for 3 nights in May 15. Messaged Paolo to say we would arrive in around an hour and he was there waiting! Stayed on the 4th floor (there is a lift) room was big and clean with own bathroom. TV was in Spanish but had music channels. Location was perfect, neighbourhood was absolutely fine. Could have done with a kettle, apart from that no complaints at all!

Perfect hotel close to Roma Termini

I stayed in Hotel Bed in Roma for one night. The service was friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Overall, it was really good value for the accommodations and the location (very near Termini train station). I would stay again.

Great deal for near to nothing paid in Rome
This hotel is literally a stone throw away from the Termini station which will get you to any part of Rome. First impresions may not be the best. You'll enter the hotel via a large green door and into a tiny lift, if you have lots of luggage i'ld take it up in two seperate trips. Once you meet Paolo everything changes, probably the nicest person you'll meet in Rome. He'll give you a map and tailor what you want to do for your trip, very informative! I totally took up his suggestions for meals near the hotel and they were excellent restaurants eg Made in Naples, ask him for the details. Rooms are big, spacious and clean. The bath is as nice and clean. Wifi was good in my room but can get patchy if you have a room further from Paolos office/lobby. All in all this place is an excellent choice if you re going to be outdoors and need a nice place to crash out at night. Totally recommended!

We were looking for a cheap and clean room, in walking distance from the touristic attractions of Rome. It takes about 20-30 minutes to walk to the Colosseum, Spanish steps and Navona. The rooms are very clean and the hotel was renovated recently. The rooms facing the street are noisy during the day as this is a small but busy street, and during the evening and night as there are restaurants and bars under and in front of the hotel. The back rooms are very quiet and better recommended. The manager is very nice and would anything he can to assist his guests.

I've stayed here twice, both times for a single night before catching a flight, and I was very satisfied. The hotel is very clean and Paolo, the owner, went out of his way to help me. This hotel exceeded my expectations and I will definitely stay here again. The hotel can be a bit tricky to find, since the sign is not very big, so it's a good idea to check a map first. Also, be aware that the hotel is on the fourth floor (there is a very small lift) and that the wi-fi is unreliable in some areas. Payment is in cash.

Clean, well kept spot near the train station, need to exit station through the main doors to get here quickest. The place shares the building with 2 other hotels on other floors. Secure entry. FYI, the elevator is small.

Mia esperienza BeB in Roma
Riguardo al soggiorno mi sento soddisfatto, la posizione del BeB era buona per le ns esigenze, riguardo i servizi su tre pernottamenti solo una volta è stato sistemato solo il letto ma non del tutto solo le coperte messe al posto per il resto per niente soddisfacente, essendo una persona che va fuori spesso non è stato dei migliori , per ultimo anche su mia richiesta quando lasciavo la stanza per poter depositare le valigie in un posto al fine di potermi muovere liberamente dal momento che l’aereo era in tarda serata mi e stato risposto di portarle al terminale della stazione deposito bagagli , non credo sia stato corretto. Comunque da parte mia consigliato solo per una notte .

Non esiste una reception.. Si è fortunati solo durante le ore del check-in per la consegna delle chiavi approfittando che ci sia il gestore dell'albergo in quel momento. Per qualsiasi evenienza bisogna chiamare al gestore dell'albergo. Non è possibile lasciare i bagagli nè prima del chek-in, ne dopo il check-out. Qualora aveste la partenza nel tardo pomeriggio sarete costretti a portarvi in giro per Roma i bagagli. Aria condizionata a pagamento (10 euro a notte, manco fosse aria Importata dall'Alaska). Pulizia assente nei giorni successivi al check-in. La stanza la troverete così come l'avete lasciata. A tali aspetti il gestore ritiene che nella mail che manda dopo la prenotazione, vengono riportati questi aspetti, ma prettamente in inglese. Tutte difficoltà che non giustificano il prezzo e che rendono l'albergo non funzionale alle esigenze sebbene la stanza sia abbastanza spaziosa e ben tenuta.

Roma è sempre Roma.
Posizione strategica vicinissima alla stazione Termini. Gli orari di arrivo e partenza sarebbero molto rigidi ( ore 11 ), ma grazie alla disponibilità di Paolo, abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli fino alle ore 18.00. Unica pecca la mancanza di possibilità di pagare con carta di credito, anche se eravamo cmq stati avvisati alla prenotazione .

Ottimo Hotel per raggiungere la caserma Castro Pre
Stanza singola un pò piccola. Rapporto qualità prezzo elevati. Ottima permanenza e per ogni problema basta contattare. Simpatico e gentile il proprietario. Ottima la posizione col ristorante Da Andrea, che è un ottimo ristorante/pizzeria Nel complesso tutto bene, potrei risceglierlo in un' altra occasione.
