I stayed in the property during November a very quite time not many people was there. The service from the property manager we have got was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful during the whole trip,he did his best with any help we were looking for. if we go to puri back again i will definitely stay at the place where he is. general service of the other stuff was average they need to improve a bit more about the service with a smile.

Was disappointed with the stay. We were given wrong rooms and when this was informed to the staff the reply we got was that we are fully booked and you must not have booked those rooms. Upon telling them that I have a written confirmation the staff again went on to say that we can't help it. The one helpful person was the manager in charge of guest reservations and payments (Mr. Jeevan) and he eventually sorted the matter out and shifted us to the requisite rooms. The wifi was overall bad and reception was there in very few areas plus signal connectivity overall was also poor. Location - the walk to the beach maybe only 500 mts but those 500 mts are not in the best of the condition and if it rains you can't walk to the beach and will have to rely on the transport of the hotel. Further it is not a typical hotel and is more like 1 room apartments given out on rent. Was disappointed with the overall look and feel of the place. Food: While the dinner buffet was decent the breakfast was not good and everyone on the trip fell sick (we stayed for 2 nights only). Further the restaurant was clearly not equipped to handle large crowds and the service was very poor. We had ordered tea and it took nearly 45 mins for tea to be served. Omlettes took another 30 mins to be made. Overall not a very enjoyable experience.
