The house keeping team was exceptional ; plenty of water , fresh flowers, hand written notes
Expensive restaurant. Food very tasty. Staff helpful
Extremely hospitable staff and food quality was very good. Overall a fantastic experience!
Very helpful staff, but the property should have been better maintained for a 5* hotel.

Have to ask things from staff 3 to 5times before it is addressed. For eg we had a 3 bed room. The bed 3 rd bed was not set up. Had to call 3 times for it Was done.
the ambience was pleasant but the house keeping department was awful could do with a lot of improvement in the house keeping
