"Excellent property for the price. Plenty of pools, finding a chair was not difficult, lots of activities to do for small children (you know how important that is if you're traveling with kids in tow), plenty of dining options; good food etc. If there is one thing to say is that there is no feeling of luxury anywhere at this property so it's not a 5 star or even 4 ¹/² but if you're OK with that (and you should be when you compare their prices to one of the real 5 star hotels in the area), it's perfectly adequate for a comfortable, safe, enjoyable 4 star stay. Highly recommend!"

"Premium restaurants have great selection and stuff is amazing Beach side restaurants are amazing,no need going to the buffet for dinner Unlimited beach towels,beach bars and waitress on the beach are amazing,rooms and generally pretty much everything else is great….too many weddings though.Highly recommend for the price."

"I really like that everything was in walking distance and easy to reach. Very convenient 👍 The sand bags in the ocean by the beach was inconvenient, I couldn’t swim out past my knees due to these and they looked very odd. "

"We would highly recommend Grand Residence. We have been to many resorts in Mexico and this resort went above and beyond on so many things. Before we even left home for our vacation we were contacted by the resort to get our flight information so they could coordinate our pickup and departure transportation. They also asked what our likes, dislikes, and preferences on dining times. When we arrived at the airport our transportation was waiting for us and greeted us with smiles, cold water and a nice cool towel. When we arrived at the resort we were again greeted with smiles and a welcome cocktail that our transportation driver had called ahead to order after asking what we would like. We were taken to our Ocean view Jr. Suite which did not disappoint. Our room was large, comfortable and the view of the ocean and pool was beautiful. Our fridge was stocked with water, beer and a variety of Soda's. They stocked fresh fruit, dried fruit and other snacks for us. The bathroom was nicely stocked with everything you would need. The pool and pool area were very nice and they had an adults only pool with a swim up bar. The beach was beautiful with soft powder sand and very little seaweed as they groom and clean it several times a day. We did the all-inclusive package and the food at the resort was very good with many options. Our concierge on arrival to the resort had already made all of our dinner reservations and had set us up for special theme nights. Service at this resort 10/10. "

"I stayed at the hideaway and it was an amazing time. The butlers were excellent and constantly made sure we were okay and didn’t need anything. There was construction going on in the hideaway area but it did not bother us. Overall we had a great time and i would definitely stay there again. "

"This resort never disappoints us. The food is superb at every restaurant. The service is amazing, especially at the buffet for breakfast and lunch with Mardo and Archie. I highly recommend the resort. The only thing I did not like was the addition of the day beds by the pool area. It made it look messy, cluttered and less luxurious than what I remember without them. I would remove these. Similarily, the pool area has become very congested with loungers and the lounge pads need to be replaced. "
