This property has a parking lot across the street and I felt very vulnerable and unsafe as it was dark when I checked in. Also in the pool area it's very dark and I called the front desk and she said that's just the way it is. There was no lights to turn on. The hot tub was not working as well. Again, feeling very unsafe in a dark pool area.

Front desk employees were wonderful, nice, happy to help. Room was clean, beds were a bit soft but good all the same. Grandson's favorite thing was the "magic" frosted glass wall in bathroom ( I must admit I found that pretty cool myself) would stay again.

The parking was terrible. All they had was a map to show you where to go. Got to the parking no signs for elevators only stairways. Take that get to the bottom of the stairway and no way out got locked out of the parking garage and could not get out through the back alley door broken. Finally got out after about 15 min. Was told to go across the street to get back into the hotel then that door didn’t work. Walked around to go through the main entrance, got into the lobby and was going to use the elevator to go to the room but the button was under a fire alarm so wasn’t sure if we should push it or not so the manger said it was alright to push it. Not a good place to have the elevator button.

Hotel was great, staff amazing, gym pool and laundry facility on site which is a bonus . My my bed was comfy, the area around the hotel has a lot of transient vulnerable population addicted to drugs.

Really liked the shower with the storefront glass and the bed was really comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi area is outdated and there is no restaurant within the hotel, only a Starbucks.
