Our king room was spacious and comfortable. Shower was hot and water pressure fantastic. Bed was so comfortable. Slept well! Breakfast was substandard compared to other Hamptons. .

The 3 person room I booked included a sofa bed which with no set up, no beddings at all. We called the front desk and the front desk staff who checked in for us had to bring everything up by himself and leave it to us to set up. It feels like he is the only staff working in the whole facility. I checked in around 8pm so all of this happened before 9pm. It is reasonable to me to have at least 2 staffs till 10 or 11pm.

The hotel appeared to be newer but the room we had wreaked of covering up smoke or something of that nature. It was odd. The room was a great size, breakfast buffet was great, pool was taken over by rowdy young boys but my kids enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful property and beautiful room, I would have given 5 stars but the front desk lady was unapproachable, rude and unwelcoming. She made it seem like we were a nuisance just walking up to the counter to check in. Friendly customer service goes a long ways.
