We woke up with bug bites from the beds and the bathroom light never worked. Also I did not receive my full deposit back because my toddler got a bloody nose in the middle of the night and some blood got on the sheets.. we had to leave before the lobby was open so I left a note for the staff.

We stayed at this place for a few days just because it confidently across the street from the rest of my group. I will have to say that you can tell they are upgrading the air conditioning and remodeling the rooms. The bathroom was completely new, the housekeeping was on point, however, the people that were around that area were the problem. A lot of tweakers😬 the property does their best to keep that out of the area, but somehow they find their way in there. Other than that, if ya have a backbone, you’re good:)

First room they gave us water would not work in the tub and lamp would not work . The second room they gave us smelt like smoke and we saw what looked like roaches. The food was good for what they had and housekeeping was great. Would advise at this time to avoid this hotel.

Expedia confirmed my booking and assured me I had a reservation upon arriving in town. I asked for pet friendly and it was confirmed. Last room in town they said. When I arrived at hotel 10 minutes later, the desk clerk was very rude when she explained I don’t know why they did that, I do not have any rooms. I showed her my confirmation on phone as she went from one computer to another fussing. I said I would have to sleep in the car and after a while she miraculously found one room. A king suite. Which was what Expedia reserved for me. But no dogs she said. So my puppy had to sleep in the car, then stay with family in the area. Not a problem. Then she charged a large sum for deposit. I asked if it was for incidentals only and she said yes. Upon check out I was charged an extra fee for penalizing me because I booked through Expedia, (third party). I will never stay at this hotel again and I will continue to tell my experience when asked. The staff could have made it pleasant but their attitudes prove they need to stay there, no other brand would tolerate their attitude. The hotel itself was without amenities, no tv, no closet, no hangers, no clothes rack, no blanket, no bedspread, no iron and the sign posted on the bathroom mirror threatened to charge for each of these things if you took them. The filth needs not to be mentioned. It goes without saying. Never again.

The room was not ready for 3pm check in. At 4:30, it still took over 30 minutes to check in. We were not aware that the property is having a make over. The bed was clean, but the couch was old and the coffee maker was rusty.

The checkin was terrible. I felt sorry for the girl who was clearly overwhelmed and the gentleman (probably the owner) did not help her with the phone ringing off the wall. My first room had other people’s belongings so we had to change rooms. The key didn’t work for 2nd room. Had to go back to office for the 2nd time. I had no problem with the lady who works there. She was doing the best she could. Just needed some help. Some guests were loud and partied pretty late. That was irritating. The room is so drab and cheap. This is my last time to stay at a Days Inn.

This place was filthy and everything in bad shape , it’s not safe because the door locks are broken . The customer service the night we got there was okay but to check out the man was rude and not very polite disrespectful and there was a huge line because it was only him on the front desk . They should close this place .

Staff was great. Room was very clean. Only reason for 3 stars was construction going on which made getting around the building a little tougher with traffic. One of the guests getting arrested was not good for my son to watch.

I did not complete my stay at this location, the room was not clean, it smelled horrible! I was not letting myself or grandchildren stay there. Only one light in the room worked, the refrigerator wasn’t working. …. I didn’t even bother trying to get my money back,

It appeared people were living at this motel and the sink was stopped up and furniture was dirty and stained. Even the breakfast was crappy looking. I would not stay at this motel again.

The hotel is undergoing renovations but I was very pleased with my experience I wouldn't describe it as a five-star hotel but for a comfortable place to sleep it was perfect and the staff was amazing

The room is absolutely disgusting. Smells of mildew and moisture. The air conditioner is on the floor. The area around the hotel is not safe. There were many homeless people around and did not feel safe at all.

When we checked in the 1st room was already occupued by about 600 baby roaches( in the daytime) the second room was bug free but not very clean. Called in advance to make absolutely sure they had a hottub guess we should have asked if it was actully working or just for show! Not much for a "breakfast" if thats waht you can call it and dont expect it to be available when the times say it will. I would not recommend this specific hotel ever.....to anyone.......! Ill just stop here and see myself out

The staf were attentive and had good customer service skills. However, the place was under renovation so there were limited rooms. The room we got had a bath with no pressure and for the price it should have at least provided an iron, a mini fridge with a freezer in it wpuld have been nice, and only if there weren't so many honeless people doing drugs in the parking lots.

I had hoped being a Wyndham resort. This would be a nice location. The pictures are of when perhaps the location was new. I’ll include some of my own pictures to show you just how crappy this location is. If Windham is trying to get people to buy points for their timeshares this property would show you away from them altogether.

Meh. Think twice.
The clerk checking us in was nice. The room we received, 228, looked like a crime had been committed. There waa no chain on the lock as if the room had to be busted into. The top hinge to the door was not attached (plastic Molly's do NOT work with the screws they had. The sink hot water never got hot. The shower took at least 4 minutes to get hot. The pillows for the king size bed were old and lumpy and belonged on a kid bed. The room was clean though. The unoccupied room below us was 5 star compared to our cell. 128 must be a 'show' room and the one in pictures becauae ours was a far cry. No phone in the room to contact front desk. Overall,do not book at a discounted rate (paid 80 bucks per night) and pay all in advance because you cannot check out early without losing your paid money even though it is because of the motels policies. Awaiting anyone from hotel to answer my complaints.
