In the center of lakeside, 2minute walk to the main street and the lake with all the shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Bottled water in the room and replaced on request. Room cleaning available daily if you want. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. They arranged our taxi to chitwan for us. Breakfast was basic but a good start to the day. We loved pokhara and would definitely stay at the crystal Palace again and recommend to others

Great hotel with amazing staff who did everything to provide us with the best service and make our stay enjoyable. They gave us all the advice we needed to plan our trips to discover the beautiful nature in the region. Highly recommended for a very agreeable stay in Pokhara.

a great value hotel conveniently situated close to bars ,restaurants and shops and only a stones throw from the lake and the possibility of boat hire and a romantic paddle.staff absolutely tip top ,friendly and obliging and i would thoroughly recommend this establishment to anybody

Excellent Hotel Centrally place in Lakeside
from the moment that you arrive at the hotel, you know that you are going to enjoy your stay there, the staff are excellent always there to help you in anyway they to make sure your stay there is the best plenty of choice of food eat there, the masala tea a must, i had a good view of stupa temple from the balcony of my room, they arranged my trips to suit my needs nothing was to much trouble for them, definitely stay again on my next visit.

Awesome best for the dollar
Very nice staff awesome place I've been traveling Asia for 3 months and this is a 4 star hotel back in Canada or USA clean we'll run and stayed 3 days and extended it another 2 the town is a bit slow but plenty of activities the hotel can take care of it all

Nice Hotel Good Location
This is my second time staying at this hotel, and as before excellent in service warm friendly staff, nothing is to much trouble for them to help you in whatever you need, always making sure your stay is good, which i must say was excellent as always, my room always clean and fresh bedding and towels everyday, food is also good and i just love their masala tea, superb.

Central lakeside hotel with great staff
We enjoyed our 4 nights at the Crystal Palace. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to our requests. The location is great- central in the lakeside area and less than a block from shops and restaurants. Hot water, wifi, and room service were reliable. My only suggestion would be to have a few English channels for the TV. We would stay here again.

Nice hotel, in middle of Pokhara
Staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful (they even arranged Paragliding, Rafting and Trekking for me). Hotel is in a good condition in a very lively city, but is peaceful and quiet at night to allow for a good nights sleep.

Wonderful and very comfortable
Great location in Thamel. Very clean, great staff and service. Great tv with plenty of English channels and strong wifi in my room. No complaints at all. They even gave me an upgrade. Incredible view from the 6th floor restaurant. Definitely will stay here again and highly recommend to my friends.

I Enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Crystal Palace would definitely go back there again, they were helpful on making stay very pleasant and enjoyable, Anything i needed they would help me with and go the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly, whether it be arranging tours to go on, festivals to go and see, room service was excellent, always a smile staff, just willing to help you if you needed it, it like you were there long lost brother was happy to see you each day and talk to about your day, without being overbearing, very nice staff,

Friendly, Clean and Great Location!
We were welcomed upon arrival, were given a wonderful and comfortable room with a view of the lake, and were amazed at how clean it was! Spotless, nice and new facilities, a great shower with hot water. And the staff - so friendly, very helpful, and always wanting to make our stay as best as possible! I cannot wait to come back!

Best Place to stay in Pokhara!
Hotel Crystal Palace was the best hotel I stayed in Nepal. Chhabi, the hotel owner goes out of his was to greet guests and make sure they have a WONDERFUL stay in Pokhara. The rooms were very clean and the staff were available at a moments notice with any requests. Thanks so much for the outstanding hospitality! Oron

We booked a family room but when we arrived they put us in a much smaller triple room. It was near the front of the building close to their generator, so our first night was cramped and noisy. We complained the next day and they moved us to the family room we paid for. The family room was quiet and much larger...what we expected. However, the toilet continually blocked up which was a little inconvenient. The rooms were clean and the all the staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel location is good. Not getting what we paid for on our first night was disappointing. That has not happened at any other hotel in Nepal.

This is a wonderful, well priced hotel with extremely friendly staff and close to all amenities. Large rooms and bathrooms with nice balconies and great views of the Fish Tail mountain and lake ... Madan at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and made our 2 day stay memorable ...

Perfect place to stay in Pokhara 10/10
Rooms were excellent with all the needed facilities and mod cons . It was a very welcoming experience we were told about all the places we could visit management went out of there way to make phone calls and enquiries for us and are always present in the lobby and happy to help with literrally everything. Staff are awesome and very well mannered. I will for sure visit again and highly recommend this hotel. Having seen other hotels during my stay they didn't even compare. Also note that this is pretty much bang in the middle of the pairwise parade of shops so everything is accessible it's just off the main road so no noise as well , best of both worlds with an unbelievable rooftop view !

ホテルの立地、設備には満足。従業員の対応も良かった。リセットしたタブレットのSIMカード再設定で大変お世話になった。 翌日の観光タクシーを予約し支払った数時間後、翌翌日の観光タクシーも予約したら、前日の分も請求された。同一人。受領書を貰っていたのでツッパネタ。 一般常識だが、支払ったら受領書は必ずその場で貰う事。

湖に近い居心地のよいホテル
マウンテンビューの部屋で、２方向が窓、そのうち１方向にはベランダがありました。開放感のある明るい部屋でくつろぐことができました。 ホテルの人たちも親しみやすく、安心して過ごすことができました。たくさんあるホテルの中で選択に迷いましたが、泊まってよかったです。

清潔で居心地良い。
マネージャーはオプショナルツアー勧誘熱心ですが、親切です。 何処に行くにも近くて便利。 冷蔵庫はありません。 エレベーターなく上階は大変ですがトレッキングの準備になる。 朝食はプアなので近所のカフェ、食堂がおすすめ。

整体挺好的一次住宿体验
一次挺好的住宿体验，很干净整洁，每个房间的窗外几乎都能看到景观。老板很热情，对周边的各种情况和各项运动有良好的认知，并能较为客观的介绍价格。此外，酒店的早餐味道很赞。
