First, Do not go by the photos. There is no food court! There is no spa! There is no restaurant on the property! There are no beach chairs to relax on! The beach area behind the hotel is very small and VERY dirty. First thing I noticed when we checked in was the mold in the shower. The room itself was very unique and modern w plenty of closet space. There is a TV in the room but there's no TV service. Its a smart tv so you have to have some kind of account w Netflix or similar service in order to watch TV which is not the end of the world if you're on vacation. I do have to say the staff was nice and somewhat helpful. There is a communication problem but thats kind of expected up to a point when you travel internationally. We originally had a 5 night stay scheduled but after 3 days of living WITHOUT ANY HOT WATER!! Yes thats right, NO HOT WATER, we chose to move to another hotel. We complained the first day and they said they would fix it. They did not. We asked again and again and again. We were actually told by one of the front desk employees that it was normal for the hotel to not have hot water!!! And to top it off they did not clean our room the entire time we were there!! We arrived on a Tuesday and we left on Friday morning and not once did they clean the room, make the bed or even give us fresh towels! So needless to say DO NOT STAY HERE! There are so many other great hotels in the area. All in all the area was terrific, fun, energetic and safe.

We had multiple issues with two different times including being without power for a night and a day. We weren't able to use the ceiling fan and the temperature was high. We misplaced our key and weren't able to get a new one. We had to have the front desk let us into the room. The first time we were placed in had a broken toilet end shower faucet. The rooms we booked said they had an ocean view but were told upon check in they were only partial ocean view.

I didn't like anything! They have false advertising. There is NO BEACH as advertised ... NO RESTAURANT as advertised... I paid for king suite with ocean view and was given a view of the building across the street. When I asked to have the room I paid for they smiled, shrugged shoulder and said that is it. It is EXTREMELY NOISEY from bar downstairs and other bars in area. Also noisey inside - room doors constantly slamming. There was no microwave. The pool was dirty - I was stung by bee floating on top of water. Bugs, sand, tiles coming off, tanning lotion slime on sides, dirty cushios to lay on. Construction going on beside building. Smell of sargassum from pool deck. Pool is open to public so anyone - not only guests can come and use it. Bar never got Corona after 7 days of being there even though they advertise it on their drink menu. Employees sitting around doing nothing. All looked like they hated being there. STAY AWAY! GO ELSEWHERE! VERY UNHAPPY!

- No room service - pool is not part of the hotel you need to pay cash or credit card - the only restaurant bar at night is rented for events and you need to pay cover if you want to go inside even if you are a guest - hot water is cut off at night some times - No service for helping with luggage

No parking, taxis cannot drop you off in front of the hotel, extremely loud, music played until 3am everyday, restrooms are completely exposed to the whole room, only glass doors to cover restroom and shower, rude/poor management, beach by the hotel is dirty, they had cockroaches running around the lobby, and the area is not very safe, a man got mugged right in front of the hotel during our stay.

The hotel is crazy noisy. It is like sleeping in a nightclub. The music goes on until after 2am. The seaweed is piled high on the beach so you are unable to swim in it. The wifi was broken as was my shower. They did offer to fix my shower but I checked out after a night. The staff are nice but I had a lot of back and forth trying to get a refund as they had promised.
