"My husband, daughter three grandkids and I visited Rochester to see the total eclipse. The hotel was a pleasant surprise. It was immaculate, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. They arranged an eclipse party outside, with food, drink, music, lawn games and a raffle. The kids had a great time, and made friends with other children staying at the hotel. I give the Rochester Hilton Garden Inn my highest recommendation."

"The room served it's purpose. Upon settling in, I noticed a cable hanging grom the TV. Someone yanked the cable from the TV. I called for service. It was a very busy time due to the Eclipse happening the next day. Some time later, about an hour and a half, a maintenance person came and looked at the TV. The TV had to be replaced. I was told possibly the next morning. To my surprise, about an hour later, the TV was replaced."
