The staff were very nice. Hotel was also very nice and in a good area for lots of entertainment and food options. Only complaint would be when taking a shower the tub fills with water and drains very slowly, They did sent someone up to try and fix it but from what our friends said about their rooms also it's just a plumbing issue with the whole hotel most likely due to the flooding and over abundance of rain.

We were greeted by a woman named Mary at the front desk and she was amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable, (she gave us a run down on the best places to eat and places to visit), let us check in early, and her customer service was above the rest! The lobby was very clean, bright, and made you feel welcome. There was a buffet style breakfast every morning with some great breakfast items. Upon entering the room, the carpet was spotless, the tv had our name on it, the bathroom was extremely clean, there was as an extra blanket and sheet in the dresser, the room had a small microwave and fridge to use. The bathroom had regular size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion bottles to use. There was a pool and hot tub to use with towels provided, but they were very small. We enjoyed relaxing in them after walking around town all day. The hotel location was great for walking around and exploring the area, we parked and only used our vehicle on the third day of our trip. There are plenty of things to do within walking distance- The Puttshak, located in the terminal, was an indoor mini golf place that was amazing- so much fun! We will definitely be back in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. I appreciated that we could get a bottle of wine at the front desk as it had been a long day of cancelled, delayed and rescheduled flights. The location was perfect for connecting with our tour company to bike the Great Allegheny Passage.

Good hotel, everything is looks nice and clean, room big, bed comfortable. Two notice i would like to share: 1. Noise from nearby road is too loud, make almost impossible to sleep 2. No drinking water provided in the room, if you wish to drink must buy it in lobby.

The sheets were not clean. There was no additional toilet paper. The couch contained numerous hairs from prior guests. Sad to pay extra for less. Check some other hotel. It’s a shame.

Wonderful hotel! Very accommodating. Clean, clean room. Excellent bed! Very friendly staff. And wonderful breakfast included in price. Also, VERY important to us was the free & safe parking! Will return.

They had all the amenities I look for in a hotel room... full length mirror, microwave, chargers. Everything was wonderful. They room was large and clean and the staff was great. We really enjoyed our stay!

The property was clean and well kept. There was ample parking. You can walk to all three stadiums, football, baseball, hockey. There is a park close by. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Check host was amazing! Give him a raise. My room was clean and comfortable...A The only disappointment were the common seating areas off lobby....the furniture needs cleaning or replacing. Very dirty....strange as the room was so nice.
