First, the staff are absolutely amazing & helpful. This review is in no way a reflection of the front desk or any staff we encountered in the hallways.
We were in Room 222. When we first walked in the smoke smell was terrible. It smelled like someone smoked a carton everyday for a year in there. All of the drawers were broken. The mini-refrigerator did not work. We had to have a permanent plunger in our room for the toilet. You could not even pee without it overflowing. The tub filled up over your ankles as well because it was clogged. Our comforter, although clean, had cigarette burn holes all through it. The lamp shades were all cracked. Remote barely worked & had no back. Curtains missing hooks. Closet door had a chair to keep it closed. No pamplet like normal hotels for contacts to reach lobby, other information, etc. Despite booking room for 2 people, we had one towel & no washcloths. Nothing else. No tissuses. One partial roll of toilet paper on roll, no extra. It was like they just threw us in an unprepared room. It was not very clean either. Luckily we had wipes in car & we were able to clean up what needed done.
We are not picky persons. We have stayed at very nice hotels, B&B's, motels, historical locations, and such with great amenities & those lacking any; we read reviews & this seemed like a great place to lay our heads for one night before the Pink concert. Big mistake.
It is fine for us to overlook some things but this was just a disaster of a room & stay
