Absolutely beautiful hotel! Its our second time staying at the hotel and they certainly don’t disappoint. Rooms are beautiful. Staff are fabulous and restaurants and shops Are close by walking distance.

The hotel in itself is lovely. The staff especially pop were very attentive just a bit of a language barrier. Shame they don’t offer breakfast although there is capacity for it. But what was a nice touch is they have water tea/coffee and small snacks for free. The area is pretty noisy unfortunately and seeped into our room of an evening was a bit difficult to sleep.

A beautiful space, nearly an oasis in the middle of tourist-heavy Old Town Phuket. I adored my time here and would certainly come back again. I did wish that the door locks were more secure, or that an additional lock or latch was added for when guests are inside for the night, as I felt that they were not secure as-is.

The bathroom was a little dirty but I think it just needs an update. This may be difficult to do as it will take away from the old charm ambience . The room was a bit dark but overall a great experience.

Beautiful historical hotel. Self-serve snacks. I had a nice time relaxing in the cafe attic. They have a guide booklet in your room for activities. The headboard a little bit dusty. I want to come back, but probably will request the back unit or the one on second floor as the hotel has direct access to the road and you can hear traffic noise.

Beautiful heritage hotel
4 nights at this beautiful heritage hotel right in the middle ofcthe old town. Our Superior room was on the small side, however, very pleasant. There are lots of common areas where you can relax. They should at a cocktail bar downstairs, they've plenty of space

The staff are attentive and very polite. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well kept. Not much minibar options, because it said free minibar... but it was just water.

Loved my room thou the bathroom had a slight sewer smell but I was on the ground floor and it was very faint. Bed was very a comfortable. Lots of places to eat and very walkable. Would stay here again. Also got free water everyday so that was nice.

A hotel that totally retains the old world charm. They went to great lengths to retain the classic furnishings and display pieces, and there's so much to explore it's like living in a musuem! The staff are simply a joy with service that totally exceeded my expectations. I have been to many hotels in this region, and the staff here are simply on another level. They are respectful, well dressed yet showing personal warmth and spontaneity of a close friend. It was hard when it was time to say good bye.

Beautiful stay in old Phuket town
Memory at On On is the perfect location for exploring old Phuket town. It has a really relaxed vibe and you just walk out the front door to start exploring. Great food, markets and architecture to seek out, and it’s only a 15-30min taxi ride to West coast beaches and 1 hr from the airport. The best thing though, the showers are hot and strong in this hotel - bliss :)

Collection of memorabilia induced nostalgia. I was willing to pay for checking out late but they were booked solid. Nevertheless nice surprise to have facilities for shower after after checked out at noon.

We enjoyed our quick, one night stay here. The hotel has great accessibility to nightlife, restaurant/cafes, shops, and laundry. Smaller room but perfectly comfortable. It does have a beautiful aesthetic, the only catch is that many people come to take pictures in the lobby.

A really lovely hotel with great historical architecture and in an amazingly convenient location! The staff were also really attentive and helpful at providing recommendations of the area. One thing to take note of - the lobby is left open, so some noise from the street does make its way through, but most nights it's negligible.
