For the welcome drink, our team at the Poolside Bar normally prepared and served it to our guest. However, since it is close at 09:00 pm, we were not able to serve you when you check-in at night time on your arrival date. To prevent this from happening again, we already prepared the welcome drink for our guest who will check-in after our Poolside Bar is closed and store in a ref at the front desk. For the shower head and aircon in the rooms you have stayed, both of it have been repaired and the black mold has been removed. Further to this, we have added some measures in checking our rooms to ensure that such situation will not be repeated. For the mobile phone that your son left at the toilet, our team cannot open the door right away when your son knocked the door because it will be unhealthy if he will stop what is he doing. However, as soon as he finished, he opened the door and came out and your son search all over his body but unfortunately your son cannot find the mobile phone after searching him. In addition to this, it was a busy time on that time and people come and go out quickly from the toilet. For the video that you have requested to see, we are sorry that the CCTV on that area was not available at that time. However, we give the assurance that the CCTV on that area is now well functioning. We are deeply hurt that we were not able to deliver you the best hotel experience we always aim to provide to our guests and once again our most sincere apology.
