I checked in at night, and as I didn't have breakfast, I made the request, but the attendant charged me a deposit of 14,000 baths saying that it would be returned in 45 days, but it was not explained in more detail why of the reservation and what it would be used for, but nothing of this was written on the website when I made the reservation. Towel changes had no set time, sometimes in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon, I found it inconvenient.When changing towels, there was a day when the floor towel was not replaced. The pompu of the shampoo container came loose and stayed that way throughout our stay. At breakfast, there were a lot of mosquitoes, I've always been bitten by mosquitoes, and in the bathroom near the restaurant too. I understand it's nature but something should be done to minimize it. For those who are used to 4 to 5 star hotels in Japan, I do not advise having this experience. I also don't even know if I will be refunded the 14,000 bath deposit.For the price paid and in general I give 2 stars. But on the structure, despite being a little old, and the location, I give it 4 stars
