My husband and I stayed at this property last year and loved it. It is beautiful and staff are friendly.Unfortunately if you book through Expedia you are not guaranteed the room you select. Arrangements were booked months in in advance but upon arrival our booked 2 bed room was a 1 bed. Upon contact with the hotel we learned that Expedia is a 3rd party vendor and does not have to provide what customers pay for. We paid for 2 beds but only received one for 4 days. No discounts or refunds on the stay. The hotel is beautiful but the experience due to Expedia's not providing what we paid for made the stay negative. Very dissapointed with the lack of care or support. I woulod urge to book directly with the hotel as they are the only one able to stand behind what a travelrr books.
