Near the beach! Things I like: daily bottled water supply. Breakfast is awesome! Everything is perfect except the aircon and desk chair. AC doesn’t have temperature control. I tried setting it to max temperature but the compressor still keeps on running. I caught cough because of being too cold. For the desk chair, it’s very uncomfortable! I couldn’t last sitting down more than 30 minutes!

Although the hotel was slightly dated, its services and staff were above average. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Unlike many good hotels in Pattaya, this hotel is beach front.

Hotel needs total refurbishment. Badly needs a plumber as there is leaks everywhere. Also needs an electrician as a lot of the wall switches didn’t work.

The building we stayed in was quite old. The bathroom was dirty (there was a large wad of long hair in the shower when we arrived) and had a bad odor. Some of the others in our group had better experiences but the language barrier made it very difficult to communicate my concerns

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The location is excellent, offering a peaceful atmosphere and convenient access to the beach. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, with a special shoutout to the beach club team for their exceptional kindness. Additionally, the breakfast was delightful. Highly recommended

The property looks good at the picture, but it is really like three star hotel only location is good. Horrible service been treated in the lobby with a foreigner stuff not even Tai she had a really bad attitude like she does me a favor to be there. Very bad manners she didn’t greet me in. She just treat me like nobody. I don’t recommend this hotel for anybody

Overall, it was fine. The beach was nice. The room was very small, and the tv didn't work in the kids' space for the bunk beds. Facility seemed old and was very hot in the halls.

This hotel had a great breakfast in the morning. So many options, everyone was happy. They have several pools for you to choose from and a great beach. The kids had fun exploring at low tide. The atmosphere at night was fun and thriving.

Not a five star hotel. Needs updating and beach not so nice. Pools ok but old. Staff nice and polite but not friendly. Generally not up to par with the better hotels in Pattaya

Everything as great here, the room, the view. Loved every second of our stay here. The food was also very good, i will say it was surprisingly good. The best food I have had in the hotels for sure.

Property is showing aging probably affected by COVID. However, food is excellent and if you live on the executive rooms they’ll literally feed you for free all day. Staff are excellently friendly.

Horrible experience. Booked this property because it was a Pullman franchise and was sure that it would meet Pullman standards but what a disappointment. Hotel is in poor condition. Amenities are very tired, dirty or broken. Rooms are horrible, with strong smell, dirty, stains everywhere, and furniture broken. Left the property right after the first night. Only positive experience was the staff at reception that was VERY nice and helpful for my early checkout.

For room cleaning is not properly well, as my room was very tidy and after cleaning by staff, always missing something (such as towels, shower gel, shampoo etc...), and also they didn’t replaced bed liner after I’ve stay there 7days!! Not clean the floor while I could find some rubbish under the dressing table.
