STAY AWAY .. STAY AWAY, TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY &TIME
Wanted to check in at 11pm. No one there to check in even the phone number given on the reservation did not responded. Next day morning when someone picked the phone he talked something in thai and disconnected the phone which was never Picked up again. .. even the booking company, which was done through ebookers didnt care to respond. STAY AWAY.. STAY AWAY .. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME & MONEY

Worst Possible Place in Pattaya
There is no staff at all on hand for checking in this place it is the worst possible place to stay in Pattaya. Located way out from everything. Total waste of money.

Great place!!
The resort was awesome!!! The pool was amazing! It would be a great place for families. The room was quite spacious and very nice inside. I definitely would stay there again!! The beach is about a 10 minute walk away. The only downside is that the there is no real check-in place. When we got there we had to contact the owner by phone and she directed to us how we could get into the room. She did not speak English very well so it was difficult to communicate. We had a few questions and were unable to get them answered by her.

Worst place to stay in Pattaya
This place is basically a Condo that has not sold so they are trying to recoup their money by renting them out. Do not expect anyone there to check you in. The beach is a long walk away across a busy road. Taxis pass you by and ill not stop. I will never book there again.
