A nice hotel but getting a little dated in some areas. The pool could do with an upgrade but if you’re only at Disney for a few days you’re probably not going to use it much. It’s technically off resort but has a shuttle. Staff were great.

We just love it. It is a very nice hotel. The little shows on the lobby are amazing. Good drinks and food. The breakfast is complete. Rooms are so nice and comfortable. The only thing is that would be really nice to leave some water as courtesy. Everything else we love it.

Brilliant stay, all staff friendly. No issues. Newly refurbished rooms. A couple of unfinished bits in room but not an issue. Didn’t spend much time in hotel but ideal base for Disney at reasonable price. Breakfast nice too.

The following hotel has a nice reception. But the rooms are not that nice as well as the bathrooms . Very old and dirty . Expect an extra 15 euros per day for parking as they stated that is is optional. There is no other parking option. Most of the lights in the rooms were not working and no solution even if we asked at the reception for help

The style of the hotel was incredible, beautifully designed inside. The hallway with changing pictures was mesmerising and the room theme and size was awesome! Unfortunately check in was very slow, there was only a short queue but it seemed to take a good 15- 20 minutes per family to get booked in. And there was an oversight in payment (where I didn’t pay on arrival like I should of. Having booked it months ago I had forgotten and their system didn’t pick it up) But they did call the room at nearly 11 PM to advise that we hadn’t. After 3 long Disney days and a 10 hour journey home the following day being woken up by what sounded like an alarm was not ideal, especially due to their oversight. In the morning they apologised and tried to offer something additional but we were leaving so early they couldn’t offer anything. Didn’t seem like they were prepared to reduce the room cost slightly though as a kind gesture. It was a shame as the bed was the most comfortable bed I’d slept on during the holiday and I’d have had the best nights sleep without the interruption. Having been shook up by the alarming call I had a lot less sleep than I’d have liked. Despite that though, the staff were very pleasant. Very friendly and helpful. Other quick points. They did do cooked breakfast (small selection) but the beans had meat pieces in it. And wasn’t expecting to pay 15 EUR for parking overnight in their car park. I clearly missed that.

The hotel was lovely and the breakfast was good. Shuttle bus to the park was really busy and drove straight pass without picking anybody up

Stay was very good, great breakfast selection and comfortable beds. Only criticism would be the pool was supposed to be heated but it is very cold, kids didn't seem to care though but I wasn't able to get in.

The hotel is beautiful, the room was spacious and beds were comfortable and checkin was fast. The only downside was the shuttle we were planning to take to Disneyland is apparently not the hotel's shuttle, so it arrived in the morning already full of passengers from other hotels. We just took an Uber instead.

The reception areas, food, service and rooms were all great. It was let down by the pool not being available and being told we could use the pool at a neighbouring hotel which was 2 mins walk, it was easily 15 minutes. Pictures of the hotel showed a playground, this had been removed. Busses to Disney were unreliable and a nightmare at busy times which unfortunately rather overshadowed the stay at the hotel.

Basic stay but comfortable.
Stunning entrance with the lights and screens. The room was ok but a bit basic with a faulty bathroom door. Could do with more places to put clothes. Take your own mugs as only paper cups in the room. Breakfast was ok but limited. No muesli, mushrooms. TV only had one English speaking news channel available.

The sofas and chairs in the lobby had stains on them. The rugs were worn, and also had stains on them. For breakfast the scramble eggs were watery. The bacon was like rubber, and the potatoes were old. There was no one to help with the luggage when you checked in and checked out.

Good family hotel for Disney
Amazingly beautiful hotel! Rooms were smaller then expected, however they were clean and comfortable, and beautifully decorated! We had a large party and they were able to give us connecting rooms. We tried both the breakfast and dinner buffets and both were amazing. Pool is very nice as well. Staff were friendly and helpful, the only negatives we experienced were the shuttle to the parks. They really need to add a second bus because it’s almost a legitimate fight to get on it in the evening. Additionally none of the ice machines in the hotel worked. Overall would definitely stay again!

Very Poor options for vegetarians on the buffet, our room was near the lift and vending machine which meant you could hear everyone making it hard to sleep till about 1am. There was a large stain on the carpet and in the bathroom a large ish mark that looked like blood on the floor under the sink. Room was very basic after a big entrance with the lobby. Glad we only stayed one night and moved to Disney today.

Bathrooms need upgrading, no plug sockets worked in the room apart from the one under kettle, although we used the usb slots on the light switches so didn't matter. Common areas are beautifully kept and decorative. Pool is sufficient.
