Our suite was huge and had a gorgeous window with a lovely view. The hotel could have been cleaner (if it was we would rate 5 out of 5) and our room smelt of smoke a bit but the location was great and the staff and facilities where superb!

Fantastic hotel with great service. I booked what I thought was a pretty standard room, and it was great. I had a separate sitting area, with a very large bedroom. Great bathroom, wonderful stand up shower and separate bath. Lovely view over the central courtyard. The location was top - overlooking the Tuilliries. I could not recommend the pool enough, either.

Excellent all around property in superior location on Rivoli adjacent to Tuileries. Easy walking and metro. Very comfortable room with sizable bathroom. Exceptional team was very helpful. Part of the reason to choose this hotel was the fitness / spa and the fitness part is all but absent. A few aged machines were present and some were not working. It was a major disappointment.

Beautiful property. The room was spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for being downtown near the Arc de Triomphe! Highly recommend this place if you are traveling to Paris.

Location is superb. Directly across the street from toullerie metro and the gardens where you can see the entrance to the louvre just meeting the arch. The rooms were spacious and quite modern but had that special Parisian flare maintained as seen in the windows that open inward. This allows for air and a bit of noise. But it was not an inconvenience! Gael at concierge was so kind and helpful! The food in the restaurant on premises was not good. But the location of the hotel is so great there are plenty of other options!

The hotel was not accommodating in the slightest. It was my 37th birthday on the 8th January 2020 and we chose this hotel because of the spa facilities. When we arrived it was a complete let down. The pool was out of service and the steam room couldn’t swing a cat and they wouldn’t allow an hour later checkout. My partner is still waiting for his £50 euros back after checkout weeks later.

Great location and very spacious room. Staff are very nice. I think the rooms need updating. The bed for us was ver hard an uncomfortable.. it was in fact to singles pushed together. Not sure if we would come again.. we paid a lot for the location but I don’t think we got value for our stay. Breakfast was not included in the rates either which was another €30 each on top of a €650 bill for the two nights.

We were in Paris during the transportation strike. The staff was extremely accommodating and wonderful, despite the hardship that the strike was causing. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The room was spotless and lovely. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful. It was a shame the pool was out of use as this was one of the reasons we booked the hotel and we were not informed before hand. The location was excellent.

The hotel lobby was beautiful, and the staff was very nice. But the rooms were old and dirty and gross, and not properly maintained. Rooms were very different from the pictures, and not cleaned well.

I was there with my girlfriend and had an amazing experience. The only issues were that the sink and toilet would constantly malfunction. Service was amazing. Spa and pool created some unforgettable experiences

Very nice location, especially during the strikes, it was very easy to access to Metro 1 which was working. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. There is a half size of glass on top of bathtub instead of shower curtain. Water was leaking outside of bathtub because the glass does not seal perfectly.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The rooms are older and less cozy. Entrance towards the room through an old and uncomfortable elevator. Hotel cleanliness is not high.

Great hotel
The hotel is in a great central location. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful, clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay again when I next visit Paris.

Avoid . Moldy bathroom, gross rooms.
The rooms at this hotel look nothing like the photos. The carpets are threadbare, the walls are marked, the rooms smell, the bathrooms are from the 1970s and full of mould. Avoid avoid avoid. The spa is a mess too. And, after I was there for all of 2h before Hotels.com found me another hotel to go to, they charged me $500. I'm in the process of disputing this with American Express.

Big hotel with nice rooms. The bar area was small and while we were there lacked any atmosphere. But service was good and friendly. Pool was fine Location was excellent
