Staff were very good but we had to change room due to noise and too hot. Didn’t expect to have to pay for parking, never had to do that before at similar hotels around Disney. Shower screen doesn’t stop water going all over the bathroom floor and bedclothes had holes in.

Quiet, convenient for Disneyland, spacious, well kept communal spaces and fairly good breakfast and dining facilities. Good regular bus service to DIS. Quality of mattresses and bedding poor, so not the best for a good nights rest. Our room was not cleaned or tidied in our 3 day stay. Had to request more toilet rolls, shower gel etc from front desk. Two large towels provided for 4 people. Felt more like keeping costs low than a sustainability initiative. All in, a well located property offering reasonable value, let down by attempts to run staffing and services a bit too lean.

I got food poisoning, which ruined most of my day with the family at Disneyland. Other than that, only 1 of 3 lifts where operational, the food bath to enter the pool was disgusting and full of rubbish, no bath stopper so no bath for our youngest.

The tram service to Disneyland was great!!! The staff was great except the bar area felt like it was everyone’s first day. The rooms could use some updating. All in all it was good.

Spacious, comfortable, well priced, convenient
+ we had a sofa bed for the kids and the hotel had put a proper mattress on it. - The room was a bit hot - The baguettes at breakfast were 'deli-france', rather than from the local bakery I will make staying at Radisson Blu a top consideration when travelling in future. My fear is that they won't live up to the excellent standard set by this hotel. Thank you!

Lots of rooms had used room service trays, dirty dishes and empty bottles outside from approx 5pm through until the following morning. Disney shuttle bus had no air conditioning (in 35°C heat), was often overcrowded and driving was often very erratic causing people to fall over and luggage to slide around.

Excellent facilities. Comfortable bed. Staff very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Free chilled water fountain was also very useful. My only issue would be the parking charge ( not insignificant at EUR80 for 4 days or EUR60 with advanced payment). We have stayed at other hotels in the locality previously without incurring any parking costs. The car park was enormous and over half empty so parking space was not exactly restricted..... Otherwise great hotel. Would recommend.

Never again. Ripoff with bad service.
Booked 2 rooms for more than 1.5k. Room. Had two small single beds, tiny bedsheet. Horrible pillows. AC not working below 23. Complained few times but didnt fix. Room big in picture but small in real. Booked double bed but didnt get it. Reception was unfriendly. Said cant do anything. Next day same. 3rd day finnaly someone came and joined 2 beds with a bedsheet so not really double bed. Nothing in the fridge. All empty. In lobby , only pool table. Arxade was not working. Swimming water was murky. Staff cooking omslette didnt speak english and was rude. Same were the other staff. There were one or two who seemed friendly. Food didnt have many choices and so did breakfast. Unfriendly staff . Dont want to speak english. Will not book again. And yes bot really close to station so you miss shuttle , you have to wait 30 mins or pay extortion price to taxi...

Not great expected better
Not great arrived to be given a room with someone already in it. Then air con didn’t work and had a two year old and needed to get her to sleep . No cot . Then said baby needed to sleep as nearing midnight and they said it would take 40 mins and nothing happened . Had to move to parents room but hotel would not refund .

I was very excited to stay here due to the closeness to Disneyland and my first time in France. I also watched a YouTube review from one of my favorite bloggers and was excited to stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, I faced a few challenges. My A/C was not cooling enough and I had to call three times before someone finally came up, five hours later. They claimed they adjusted it from the centralized thermostat, but it never went below 20 C. Our shower was not draining properly and our comforter, when held up in the sunlight had disturbingly brown spots inside. And to add insult to injury, they charged my credit card twice after I had already paid the full price through Expedia. I received a refund after a week and got a fan and a new comforter, but was very disappointed to have dealt with these challenges when I was only there for two nights. On a good note, the transportation to Disney was very convenient and the hotel was fairly clean, but overall could really use some updating.

Breakfast did not cater for me as an Englishman and generally difficult to find things. To me a hotel’s most important thing is a nice room followed by great breakfast. Room was ok but breakfast was disappointing.

Overall, a great hotel for Disneyland Paris if you want to be close but deep in Disney. Best bit about the hotel was the free shuttle to and from Disneyland Paris, ran every 30 minutes throughout the day (With a break at lunch time), with 2 buses running after the parks open. Great for getting to the hotel from the Metro station to get to/from the airport or the centre of Paris. Spacious room with comfortable beds, blackout blinds were a great place. Big TV which had access to YouTube. Room has usual amenities but didn't have a safe which would have been useful especially for cash and passports. We added breakfast which was decent, good range and everything was nice. You can build yourself English breakfast with bacon, sausage and beans. The omelette Chef can make a fried egg and the scrambled egg is amazing. Hotel pool is open till 11pm which is amazing, it was on the colder side and no hot tub but the Steam room and Sauna were great. They didn't have any Tea bags in the room. I did ask at reception, and they said they didn't have any but there is a box full of them at the breakfast buffet which was odd. They had coffee but only caff and one de-caff sachet a bit tight. They kept changing the towels everyday despite signs saying to leave them up if you want to keep them, a bit obsessive especially when they never changed the toilet rolls that needed replacing, had to go to reception to get some.

Room was spacious, however heater wasn’t working. They brought a mobile heater which wasn’t sufficient because it was a suite and no one came to check fixing of the heater afterwards

Excellent hotel. Very child friendly and only a 10 minute free shuttle into Disney. Pool was not freezing like other reviews say. It’s not red hot, but bearable. Menu was limited in the restaurant and would have liked a shop on site the hotel. These are the only negatives. Overall clean and spacious room. Would stay again.

I’ve stayed at a few Hotels and rated them really positively. In this case I would like to say I am very disappointed considering the cost. 1- stained floors in room 2- left over clothing from previous idk 3- unwarranted noises throughout the night Maybe water pipes or something but sounded like table being pulled all night long 4- door chain broken non usable 5- bathroom grubby and run down 6- TV options for children bland (quieter times) 7- nearly hit my head on broken emergency lights A - breakfast was well received B - staff good considering C - bus to park good (reason hotel chosen) TBH not worth the money paid.

If your going to see the Eiffel Tower your an hour and half away. But transport links are very easy from this hotel. Everything was nice, I would have appreciated dressing gowns and slippers in our room. Beds where very comfortable. But got very hot at night.

Heads up French Health Department.
This hotel was filthy. The carpets were filthy, there was standing water on the floor by the gym, and to top it off, there was a smashed brownie on the elevator floor for the 3 days. (For all I know, it's still there.) I was very disappointed and think the Radisson brand should send someone out to do a review. I would truly be embarrassed if I were the management team.

Excellent location for DLP
We stayed in a junior suite and the room was lovely, proper hairdryer in the bathroom, really comfortable bed and choice of pillows, spacious and we were given some bottled water, sweets and a welcome message on arrival to our room. We were visiting Disneyland Paris and it was such a convenient location for driving to and from the parks. We didn’t use the shuttle service but the staff offered to explain how it worked when we checked in and there were notices around the hotel of last shuttle times.

I was staying in one of the big suites, No concierge service at hotel for luggage helper after 5 pm in same time no help from the other staff who were at the hotel to carrying my baggage , No water for drinking in the room and suites
