Over all was great. Only wish the alarm had not gone off on our last night there in the middle of the night. Caused me and my fiancé to be up all night and be tired for our flight back home.
We have yet to receive our security deposit of 441 dollars!!! which we were told we would get back. It’s been over a month and we have yet to receive it. The email that is in the website does not work and we will not waste further money on trying to contact them via phone as they charge 10 dollars per minute. We are very upset
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property is sheik and looked like 'Winter Wonderland' in December. The view of the Eiffel Tower was magical; Imagine waking up and going to bed to it every night. I recommend getting the breakfast included which was so good! The concierge was helpful. The location is perfect for walking to the Eiffel Tower and Rue du Cler. It's also extremely close to the Champs-Élysées, Le Marais and Place Vendôme.
