Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, felt unsafe. Do different from the other sister hotel. There’s budget hotel and then there’s this hotel, not worth it, stay somewhere else

Card payment was not available at check in. No lights in room. Switched to another room. 2 of 3 lights working. Bits on floor. Booked a family room as previously had one here but this time had 3 singles instead of a double and a single. When I questioned it I was told that’s what I booked even though I had a similar booking 5 days previous with a double and single bed. Our door was open on arrival and all vacant rooms had all doors left open which I’ve never seen in a hotel before. No fire escape plans in rooms either. (I know it’s uk legislation, maybe not France?). Wouldn’t return

Very basic. It’s not the cleanest and tidiest of places. We checked in late and checked out early as it was a quick stop for Disneyland. Did what it needed to do.

Ideal location if you are going Disney land and have a car, only down side I would say is the breakfast was weak could do better but overall staff and room were brilliant.

It was my biggest mistake to stay there there was some building workis i the hotel which wakes us up early morning with loud noise i have complain to the reception to change my room or stop the work early morning he didnt understand english and the one understand us he didint know there was any work i am not happy with any service i was there for holidays to have some good time and sleep but with that noise and such small bathroom where hardly u can enter and some of the light wasnt working the room was dark but the receptionist told us he dont have any room to give us i would to claim for refund

Never go there.
There was no rooms available when reached there for late check-in. Even i informed i will be check-in late. And reception staff was not very helpful amd i had to find another place after my long trip. Hotels.com where i made the booking also not helping and i still not got the refund.. im still calling their customer service and waiting on calls for hours..

Even prisoners live in better conditions.
AWFULLLLLLLLLLLLL Hotel! I’ve been to plenty 1 star/cheap hotels but this one was hell! The room was basically like a can of sardines and shower was so dirty! The beds weren’t bad at all but the room was super cramped. One of the cleaner didn’t put a wet sign at the reception after mopping and I had slipped the receptionist did apologise but that wasn’t the point. Room service came Into our room and MOVED a lot of our belongings around even to the point of packing our suitcase. We had put the do not disturb sign on our door for no room service to enter but they still came in our room while we were out! I was fuming. Stay away from this hotel I’m sure there are more pleasant cheap hotels.

Pay for what you get. Room was very small and the beds were quite hard. Don’t like that you have to pay for hot drinks. But if your just looking for a bed for the night then it’s ok

Dirty - smelly
Horrible hotel. The whole hotel smelt so bad, there was mould throughout the room and it just felt so so dirty, worse than a hostel. We changed rooms as thought it just be a one off and the second was even worse! We walked out and went somewhere else. The rooms and corridors all smelt of smoke, dogs are allowed in the hotel also so it had a bit of a wet dog smell. There kids running riot on the corridor. Car parking - there is a few spaces on the street but you are up on the kerb of a main road, and there is only a few. Otherwise you have to pay. On arrival you will need to input a code but you hve to pay at reception to get the code, so basically have to dump the car whilst you go inside and pay. It was €5 I belive for your stay. (No matter how long) In regards to Disney it was about a 25 min drive in the car door to door. The only positive is the staff were helpful.

This place was more like a workers bunkhouse than a hotel. While the members of staff were polite the place itself for me was not what i would expect of a large hotel chain. Pictures of hotel both exterior and interior should be updated as i feel that these were taken when new( many years ago) Combination Tap in one room was loose from worktop also to work the shower as if you repuired a special combination code to get it to an acceptable temprature! No toilet roll in toilet so went to use the downstair disabled toilet and was no toilet roll there either. The other room that we had ,the top bunk had stains(presumably urine) on the sheet and bedspread so my eldest daughter slept in the double bed And that even was lumpy!! Not the best hotel experience that i have had in my life i must say! Will really think hard before booking with hotels.com again!! Not a happy bunny.

the hotel I have ever been for the last 20 years!
The worst hotel I ever been in. Dirty, noisy and the best (worst) : the tender, when I arrived at the hotel she was extorting a guest who has already paid his room online, but she was saying no, and the poor guy had to pay twice :( then the parking is not free and very small, so forget to park because it always full with big vans occupying all the space. Finally, forget to pay by credit card, the machine is always broken. I strongly recommend to avoid the place

Regarding the customer on arrival, there was confusion and the problem was solved with the site on which he had made his reservation. Please note that our car park is subject to charges because it is secured by video surveillance with a presence 24h / 24. The hotel is clean and even though rooms very small it was ok . However, the location is terrible, it’s in the middle of nowhere ( well in a housing estate) .. the walk to the train and nearest show and bar was about 40mins walk away .. we spent a fortune on transport .. breakfast was very basic too but what there was, was nice. There was lots of students too which was very noisy ( not the hotels fault) but the fact it’s more like a hostel than a hotel should be advertised as so !

You’re get what you pay for.
The hotel did what it said on the tin. The door to the toilet either didn’t close all the way or got stuck. Affordable and easy to drive to Disneyland Paris.

Great but basic room
The room was great - you get what you pay for. The website had said there was a shuttle bus to Disney Land but there was not. When I needed help the lady on reception decided she could not speak English. Eventually she did help me. There are next to no amenities in the local area. There is, however, a bus stop but no buses on a Sunday morning. Get the bus to Torcy (bus stop across the road from the hotel) and then the train to Disney Land (very cheap transport). Be aware of the taxi drivers they will try and rip you off and they charge extra for Sundays.

Before our arrival , the telephone numbers for the hotel Expedia gave me was not working as I was trying to contact the hotel,. When we got there , it was like a house of horror, no telephone in the rooms , shower was too small that I could not squiz in , the lift was very noisy that I was unable to sleep, my room was not cleaned , the breakfast was very poor. Everything in the hotel was totally poor, if I had contacted them before going , I wouldn't have been in that hotel with my family but the number Expedia gave us to contact them was not working too.

Great for a short stay if you're looking for a cheap option. But the room and bathroom were definitely small - so just know that. It was fine for one night, but you won't want to spend much time in the room other than to sleep.
