Room immaculate, comfortable but very noisy from area outside and also not much soundproofing between rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Security good. Area surrounding Hotel a bit sketchy after 8pm though - I didn’t feel comfortable. Convenient to train - literally right out the front door. Westfield les halles right next door.
Great hotel located in safe area. Lots of restaurants nearby. Hotel is within walking distance to Louvre and other great sites.
My husband got stuck in the elevator for 15 mins, as they had some elevator cleaning going on one of the elevators and dunno what went wrong that the other elevator got stuck in the middle. It was terrible and such a fear for the rest of our trip.
Close to all the key amenities and sits beside the metro stop. Not convenient to get to be cab.
Everything was great. Breakfast was better than expected.
