The Jiuliana, lovely hotel and the staff was nice and accommodating. The one thing it lacked was room service. It is conveniently located and easy to walk to Rue Cler. It is close to the Eiffel Tower, and close to popular sites. We would recommend this hotel.

This property was ideal. The concierge, Adel, made our stay in Paris unforgettable. Adel and the man at reception during most of our stay, made us feel like long lost and greatly cherished family every time we walked into and out of the hotel. I could not ask for more.

I couldn’t speak more highly of the Hotel Juliana Paris or the individuals they employ. From first glance, I found the facade of the hotel beautiful and felt excited to walk in. At the entrance, my friend and I met the concierge, Rui who greeted us with a big smile and helped us with our bags and later with dining suggestions.The interior of the hotel is just as beautiful as the exterior. They have a very nice looking bar and exquisitely selected furnishings in their lounge area that are as comfortable as they are beautiful. Our hotel room was also impeccably furnished, super clean and very comfortable. The location is an 8 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and a brisk 20 minute walk (along the Seine) to the Musée D’Orsay. I wish I could have stayed there longer, but we were moving to a VRBO the next morning when 3 more friends arrived in Paris. During check-out, I met Emanuel, the front desk attendant and he along with Rui were so hospitable to us and our three other friends and even offered to hold our bags until our next accommodations were ready. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again during my next visit to Paris!

Really enjoyed this Hotel. Was within minutes from the Eifel tower yet far enough away to avoid tourist crowds. We could even see the top of Eifel from our hotel room. In addition, Emanuel and Rui were the best hosts and were there to fulfil every one of our requests. They were very attentive and always had smiles on their face. Wish the upstairs patio bar was more finished. Would reccomend Juliana Hotel to all my friends.

Pros: location, huge room by Paris standards, comfortable bed and pillows, great towels, big luxurious bathroom, lady at reception with long brown hair (sorry I forgot your name, but you are the best part of this hotel) Cons: most of the staff has no idea what they are doing, and I expect more from a 5 star hotel, and I’m not high maintenance, by more I mean, I expect you to be able to execute on the things that YOU offer, and the processes that you put in place. I filled out their breakfast form for room delivery and hung on door, they never picked it up, ok fine, no problem, let me call front desk, oh wait, I can’t because nothing in the room tells you how to dial the front desk. So I get up and go to reception and they get the breakfast going. Food delivered, the “fresh fruit” was like something you get out of a can, syrupy and gross. They also didn’t give me scrambled eggs with cheese , they didn’t understand (even though I checked scrambled on the form they provided, I didn’t write it in, it was an option) instead of calling me to ask they decided I could have sunny side up and got mad when I asked for scrambled. At an international hotel, I expect the main staff to be able to communicate with me. Also, the sink in the bathroom is designed in a way that your shirt gets wet when you wash your hands. They also charged me 72 euros for a bottle of rosè that was 12 euros a glass, I should have just bought 5 glasses for 60 euros, because of service I wouldn’t return

Every staff member was so friendly and welcoming. Any request was met with a helpful smile and kindness. The area around the hotel was extremely walkable and quiet. we found it to be a great spot to base our activities from. We could not have been happier with our choice for this trip

Overall the Hotel was very nice. Our issues were the inside lighting in the room was not very good and the sink in the bathroom does not allow for holding any of your bath items. The bathroom looks very nice, but is not very user friendly.

Great experience!
We stayed for 3 nights and had an amazing experience. Very modern, clean, comfortable beds. Shower and tub were fantastic. Can’t comment on the breakfast as we didn’t have it. Perfect location. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again!

Love this hotel
Our stay was fantastic. The room was large by European standards and well appointed. The location was excellent. It was also on a quiet side street but still very close to everything. We will definitely stay here again.

The spa and rooftop terrace were both under construction and unavailable for use. We booked for the terrace and would have stayed somewhere less expensive had we known it was closed. Disappointed.

Great location very nice hotel. All staff were very helpful especially the concierge provided outstanding service, didn't get his name unfortunately. The breakfast was absolutely amazing!. The negative was the interation with a manager called Christof before coming to the hotel. This person was bad dealing with, bad costumer service in trying to resolve our request to change our booked dates. Zero accomodating skills and care.

Great location and staff!
The hotel was perfect for our 4 night stay in Paris. The room was large to accommodate 2 adults and 5 month old, including a crib. Great location and the the staff, specifically Terry went above and beyond for us during our stay. Would definitely stay again!

The Juliana suite we booked was perfect for a family of 4 with living room and two separate lockable guest rooms attached to it. All amenities, linens and fixtures were fitting of a solid 5 star boutique property. The Grohe showers were awesome! The Hotel Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Top notch service all the way around. Great little bar with excellent cocktails, fireplace, curated art and comfortable furniture throughout. Upon return to Paris, this is what I would book again! Thank you Hotel Juliana for a great stay!

This hotel was AMAZING! Everything was perfect, the pretty little street it was, it’s distance to the Eiffel Tower, the decor, the room, and the wonderful staff were more than I could have dreamed. Terry was a excellent host who greeted us upon our arrival and was just one of many amazing members of the hotel staff. The area felt safe and was so close to little cafes, shops, and sites. We walked to the Eiffel Tower daily, walked to the Arc De Triumph, and many little bridges and areas. I loved being able to soak in the deep tub each night after walking all around Paris, Disneyland, and Versailles. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!!

The room smelled like sewer if you didn't turn the fans on all the time and there's no room service. The staff are friendly and helpful but for a 5 star hotel some adjustments need to be made if it should keep a 5 star rating.

Staff was very accommodating and helped with arranging transportation and tours. At arrival and during the initial welcome tour to the room, we were reminded multiple times of additional cost we would incur for bottled water etc. That part seemed somewhat odd. The best part about the hotel is its convenient location and the fact that it’s in a more residential neighborhood. There was construction going on so we were unable to access the rooftop which offers a priceless view of the tower. Construction started at 8am and was somewhat loud. I stayed at the hotel last year as well and it seems that the management has changed since then. Last years experience was one of the best ones.

The location of this Hotel was excellent to the Eiffel Tower. It was a 10 min walk. Unfortunately, the reason I booked this hotel was for the rooftop terrace and we were told we could go up after check in. However, after check in was told the terrace was under construction and we were not allowed up. I was very disappointed since that was why we booked Juliana. Besides that, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable. The room was nice and the bathroom had a great shower and towels.
